Our home is located on the Mariner's side of Palmetto Dunes Resort. The house is 3rd row and only fifty steps on a private, shaded walkway to the white sandy beach of Hilton Head Island. This is a home that feels like home away from home with its great living space, fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms that have full baths; the master bedroom has a king bed and has access to the pool and deck area. The guest bedrooms have two queen beds in each room. The fourth guest room is upstairs and has two queen beds and full bath and has an area which has been converted to a "play area" for the small children in your family. There are all NEW Beauty Rest mattress on all beds for your comfort.
Kids NEVER HAVE TO CROSS THE STREET to go to the beach....house located on beach side of the street.
The tropical pool and large deck are right off the living area and very convenient to the kitchen and dining area. There are glass doors across the living area overlooking the pool and it makes for a bright and airy living space as well as having a total view of the pool and deck so you can keep a close eye on the children. There is also a Carolina Room and it has sliding glass doors that open onto the tropical pool area. The deck and pool are very private with no other house nearby. There is a large Weber gas grill for those nightly cookouts
The location of the home is convenient to the beach, restaurants, bike paths, tennis courts and golf courses; all within Palmetto Dunes Resort. Palmetto Dunes offers a FREE ride on the Dunes Buggy when you want to go to Shelter Cove for shopping or eating out. Just call and request a pick-up and they will be there to take you to your destination.
This home will accommodate up to 12 to 14 people or three families.
Reserve your family reunion, wedding party, your anniversary party, or Dad's birthday get together.....this is the place to bring your family together to enjoy the beach and being together.

This house is a great place to stay. My wife and I stayed there the week of June 19 with our kids, my parents, my mother and father-in-law, and my two nephews. There was more than enough room for all of us. Everyone loved the pool and the short walk to the beach.You really can hear the waves on the beach while sitting at the pool. We can't wait to return to this house next summer. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, but we also enjoyed grilling out by the pool. One suggestion that I have if you stay here is that you really need to take the time and walk down to the beach at night. We were fortunate to have a full moon while we were there and it was beautiful. The kids had a blast on the beach, I have never seen so many sand dollars and star fish in one place. There were also quite a few horseshoe crabs. Did not see any alligators though. Maybe next year.

My family and I (all 10 of us -- 7 adults and three children) rented this home and enjoyed one of the most memorable vacations we've ever had together. This is such a perfect home for a quiet family vacation, and we enjoyed all of the wonderful features this house has to offer. The house is freshly painted and very clean -- the furnishings are far nicer than most rental homes I have seen, and the beds appeared new and were extremely comfortable. The house had a well-stocked kitchen that we used to make elaborate family meals. The dining table is huge and comfortably seats 10-12 people. The living area is large and is a great setting for playing games or enjoying family time. The bedrooms in this house are HUGE and can comfortably fit multiple people. This home is advertised as a third row house, but this is the first I've seen that feels first row. Hilton Head's notorious trees and woodsy feel surround the home creating a great deal of privacy. The entire back of the house opens up with large sliding glass doors to a beautiful deck and pool, and when sitting outside you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. A quaint path off of the pool deck takes you on the brief walk to the beach -- and no roads are crossed or visible. Outside the house, we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful activities that are so unique to Hilton Head. Morning bike rides on the bike paths both within and surrounding Palmetto Dunes and the beaches were our favorite way to start our day. Our little ones loved to walk or ride bikes on the beautiful 3/4-mile trip to the Palmetto Dunes General Store in the afternoons for ice cream or for a beach toy that was critical for building the world's greatest sand castles! And the beaches in this area are among the most serene I've ever seen. My family is so looking forward to renting this home again when we return to Hilton Head -- we can't wait to build on the memories we have created!!!

I have vacationed at Hilton Head since I was a young girl. I stayed at this house last summer with my two young boys and it was a blast. Very open layout with clear view to pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds all had new mattresses and it is newly painted and decorated. The beach is just a few steps away. No crossing the street with the kids. The stretch of beach was very quiet and beautiful. Cool sandbar to explore. Easy bike ride to cute little corner store. Super close to grocery and shopping.

What a wonderful beach vacation! This house has a great location - especially when traveling with young children. We loved the short walk to beach, bike rides to Shelter Cove Marina, and fun pool time! I was pleasantly surprised by the room and comfort this house offered us. The property was clean with all the amnenities we could need. We could have easily fit another family! I will definitely book again for our trip back to Palmetto Dunes!

This house is in a superb location for a family with kids. The beach is so close and accessible by a private walkway. It's not even a one minute walk. The pool is lovely and you can see it from the family room if you're in the mood to be inside and the kids are still swimming outside. The beds are extra comfortable with really nice linens and comforters. The kitchen is nice and roomy and we found it easy to prepare our own meals. We'll be back!

Our family had a wonderful time while staying in this charming home. It has everything you need! The pool was a big hit with the kids! The most beautiful part of the beach is basically out your back door....only minutes to walk. The house is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for all of your family. We absolutely loved our vacation in this home and would highly recommend it to others.
