‘Ijeoma’ is a fantastic, brand new Bequia beach-side property. It is a single split level property with five bedrooms and five en suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms are on the upper level and two on the lower. Three of the bedrooms are self-contained as they also have their own kitchen and dining area making this flexible property ideally suited to mixed groups.

The upper level consists of over 2000 square feet of beautifully appointed villa with a stunning central infinity pool.

The master central sitting room opens out via 16 foot wide French doors to a stunning panoramic view over Industry Bay to the island of Mustique, and access to the swimming pool directly in front.

Upper Gazebo Area & BBQ
Covered and shady, with rattan settees and cushions - a great area in which to relax by the pool.

Expansive dining and lounging
Ijeoma has a 6-seater solid marble dining table lit with 2 stunning cut-glass chandeliers. Guests can also prepare meals in the kitchens of each apartment.

Beautiful, hand built mahogany master kitchen with a double sink, and black granite worktop. US-style fridge freezer with chilled water dispenser and ice-maker, microwave, large range oven with extractor , washing machine and a full range of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Easy Alfresco Dining
The Kitchen Bar & Serving area opens directly onto the veranda and sun deck and outside mahogany dining tables and chairs for that romantic alfresco breakfast or evening meal.

The main sitting room in the Nnuo apartment has a leather three piece suite, matching solid marble coffee table, black ebony finish sideboard and matching TV/HiFi unit with large Flatscreen TV, surround-sound AV amplifier, hi-fi speakers, radio, CD, DVD players and iPod dock.

Traditionally inspired Hand crafted interior design
The kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes are hand built. The upper rooms have traditional high, open, hand finished ‘pickled’ white boarded ceilings. The lower apartments are cool and bright with cream walls and modern pale ceramic gloss tiled floors.

Sundeck and freshwater infinity swimming pool...
...with ample sun loungers to relax in after taking a dip in the beautiful infinity pool looking directly South over the bay towards Mustique.

Magnificent Four poster King sized bed in the master mahogany bedroom. You can relax in luxury with both air conditioning and ceiling fan. Romantic Gustav Klimt pictures hang in gold frames, lit with a cut-glass chandelier.

Sleigh Bed
The second bedroom in Nnuo has a king-size mahogany sleigh bed and matching mahogany bedside cabinets, dressing table and occasional table with leather arm chair. The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and accesses an en-suite shower room. The bedroom also looks directly south via large French doors to the gazebo.

Large Comfortable Double beds in the three apartments
Each apartment has its own comfortable seating, kitchen and dining area.

The Apartments (except UDO) enjoy south facing 10 foot wide folding mahogany French doors opening to the verandas with views over Industry Bay and the island of Mustique.

The design of Ijeoma works perfectly for large groups visiting Bequia for a wedding or family or friends reunion. Independent units for privacy, but all encompassed under one beautiful property so everyone can celebrate together. The wedding ceremony can be held at the villa, on the beach or at a special location in the Grenadines, and these can be fully arranged by the properties concierge team.
