We have spend 6 nights at this condo, we totallu loved it. We are from Argentina and we came to Orlando for the third time, this one was the best, the appartment is just like shown in the pictures and better! the rooms ar very big, the sofa is incredible, the kitchen very confortable, we loved to spend time in there, I highly recomend it. It is very close to the parks too. Very clean and full of things! thank you Geri and Virginia, you are great.

This was our 8th trip to Florida for a Disney family vacation and I would definitely put this condo at the top of the list of places where we have stayed. It was wonderful not to have to go through a long check in process as we have in the past. Once we gave our name at the security gate, we drove directly to the condo, retrieved our keys from the lock box, and we were ready to begin our vacation. The condo was meticulous, very spacious for our family of five, with a perfect layout. The owners called within an hour of our arrival to make sure everything met our satisfaction and to see if we had any questions. It is in an excellent location with close proximity to all of the Disney attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. We had a wonderful week and I would definitely stay here again. I have already recommended it to my brother's family for their upcoming trip.

A wonderful, well layed out floorplan for family with kids, spotlessly clean (no smoking) and well appointed condo with added benefit of clubhouse/amenities that was perfect for my family to return to and relax after busy days at the attractions. My kids loved their stay and want me to buy one! Owner telephoned to welcome us and ensure all was ok on the evening of my arrival. Gated community is well kept by resort manager (also all very helpful staff in the clubhouse/area). I will keep details at the top of my list for future visits and be recommending to my sister for her family stay in 2012. I hired a SUV for my family stay so cannot comment in taxi or other transport availability, but polite security staff, easy access once registered, proximity of many restaurants/food places/supermarkets etc is a big plus (Mile Markers 4-6). Also, if Disney/Universal the focal points of your vacation whilst using Geri/Virginia place as a base - do some research on your driving/routes (192/I-4) because the Toll pre-pay - $43 from car rental companies is not needed as the only tolls you will do are to/from MCO. Even shopping Outlets are easy to reach from I-4. Just make sure you have a few dollars each way, in change, for the toll booths. Highly recommended and I will definately use again.

I was dreading going to Orlando for 9 nights but staying in this wonderful condo made it very affordable. I enjoyed not having to go out to eat for every meal and being able to have food that I like in my kitchen. The washer and dryer was an added bonus for that long stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. All the big attractions Orlando offers were very close and easily accessible. The property (condo and pool area) are just what you see. Very clean and comfortable.

We did a lot of research to find a good condo for our Disney vacation. If you are in the midst of your search, you can save yourself some time. You should pick this one! Working with the owners is a pleasure. They are very kind people who seem to really care about the people vacationing at their place. They phoned me personally to answer a question and always responded quickly by e-mail at other times. This is a gated community which is located exactly where you want it. It is an easy drive to the parks from here. We were able to drive to the Disney parks during the morning, leave during the heat of the day, and then come back after dinner with NO problems with traffic(during Easter week!). Also, the community is quiet, with a very nice clubhouse pool. The movie theater on site is very cool. (Wish we had more time to catch one of the movies!) The condo itself is SO well kept! It is clean from top to bottom (unlike some of the timeshare resorts we looked into!) We were concerned that the pictures we saw would be nicer than the condo. We were so glad to see the condo is as good (or better) than the pictures! We could not be happier with our stay. I only wish that we could have stayed longer! Thank you for making our Disney vacation unforgettable!

We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grandkids loved the pool we loved the condo. Close to all you need and very convenient to Disney.We will definitely return with another branch of the family soon -Wisconsin winters being what they are. Also the owners were a pleasure to work with. Simple and no problems. It was everything they said.

Our family of four spent a week at this condo in February and found it to be perfect - exactly what we were looking for! The condo had lots of room and was very quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated. We were so close to everything - theme parks, shopping, restaurants - but you'd never know it. The pool and other facilities were great. Publix grocery store is about 5 minutes, Disney area was no more than 10 minutes. We ate our evening meals in the area. Lots of restaurants within a 5 to 7 minute drive.The best was Miller's - had to wait a bit for a table but well worth the wait. Awesome ribs!! The owners called us after our arrival at the condo to make sure we were all set for the week. They also called us at home after our trip when we delayed cashing the returned security deposit, just to make sure we had received it. What more could you ask for? The next time we travel to the area we'll be staying here again for sure. It's the only way to go!!
