This home is approximately 1400 sq ft located on beautiful sandy 3500 acre Lake June. This home is Newly remodeled and fully furnished from pots and pans and kitchen utensils to bed linens. It has 3 bedrooms two of the bedrooms equipped with king size beds and the other bedroom with two twin beds all bedrooms have dressers and closet space.
The main living area is a spacious floor plan, open living and dining area, breakfast nook and a reading area that overlook the lake! It is A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Guaranteed to see an amazing sunset almost every evening.
Lake Placid is a small town with plenty to offer. City of Murals, caladium fields, bowling, craft emporiums, golf, beauty salons, churches, and restaurants are all very near by. Sebring is just 15 minutes away and has a large mall with a unique movie theatre, Highlands State Park, Sebring Raceway, museums, antiquing and plenty more. Dine with a live 14 foot alligator at the unique steak house 'The Watering Hole' serving mouth watering steak and seafood.

House is clean, bright, spacious and located to everything you will need. Kitchen has everything you need. Lake Placid is a great community with something always going on. I even took art classes. Fishing in the area is outstanding. Eateries are great too. Nice people to deal with. A cool breeze from the lake and you could watch the sunrise to the left or the sunset from the right. Can't beat that!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

Overall nice place to stay. Photos provided were exact. Clean, well maintained, new sod. Owners very helpful. Would recommend. Had boat tied to pole, jetski on sand and dogs loved running around. House had everything needed to cook, and clean, from Blender for margaritas to hand blender for pancakes, had all utensils, pots and pans. Ceiling fans were VERY useful. Lake is very large and great for our daily activities. Definitely will bring raft and skies next year.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with teenagers.

This is an awesome place.Super clean.Beautiful location.The place is very well stocked with things you would need for an extended stay.It's very quiet and peaceful.The neighbors where extremely nice also.The owner was very pleasant to deal with.I look forward to staying there next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The description and photos are very accurate. The home was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful in walking us through the property so show us where everything was. This property was perfect for our family get together (2 couples and one teen) to spend time in. We stayed in February, which is a colder month than others... and wished we could of used the landing by the lake more. So if you're coming at a warmer time of year - that will be perfect! It was a beautiful location and we would recommend it to our friends. Each morning we enjoyed our coffee with the local birds and ducks who came to vist the north side of the lake.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.
