  All of us thoroughly enjoyed our time at your beach house. The owner was very responsive to our questions, sent our contract right away, and returned our security deposit within a week. The beds were all comfortable. The house was well maintained and clean. The master bathroom was huge with a beautiful large shower. The large dining room table made it quite enjoyable for all 8 of us to sit around at the same time and play Scattergories. We also made use of the outdoor shower which has both hot and cold water. It was very convenient to have parking for our 3 cars under the house. There is even another reserved spot for this unit across the parking lot. There were plenty of beach chairs for everyone. The walk to the beach was only about 2 minutes across a private wooden path over the dunes within a safe, gated community. We enjoyed the quietness on North Bethany and the wide beach there. We enjoyed a day at the Bethany Arts and Crafts Festival and a morning at a local nail salon. We didn't go to any local restaurants but we did head towards Ocean City to have dinner at Harpoon Hannah's and Tequila Mockingbird. Even though we really liked the house, it may not be suitable for someone who can't walk stairs because there is a flight of steps to reach to first floor living area, but luckily there is a half bath and bedroom on the main level. The house has been renovated and matches the pictures shown. We had a great time and would recommend it.

  My family & I recently had a wonderful vacation at this property. The townhouse is clean, beautifully decorated, ideally located, & the owners are great to work with. It is a gated community & the neighbors were very friendly. It is a property that I highly recommend for family vacations.

  This home was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the beach. With two little ones it was wonderful to be able to basically walk right out your front door onto the trail to the beach. The homes cheerful colors and decorating were very pleasant and made you feel like you were in the beach environment. I would definitely stay here again.

  Townhome was well decorated and colorful. All the conveniences of home...microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and BBQ grill. Quiet walk to beach on private timber walkway which served as an aisle for my son's wedding on the beach. September is a great month at the beach after most of the tourists have gotten back to their routines of work and school. Just need to bring linens (sheets and towels) and paper items (paper towels, napkins, and TP, of course). Description and pictures were accurate of this unit. Owner was very helpful with local information and answering questions.

  This was my first time taking my three children on vacation alone as I am a newly single mother, and I couldn't have found a better location! The townhouse is gorgeous; beautifully decorated and clean, sunny and inviting. The walkway to the beach is just stunning with all the pines, and the beach itself is clean and uncrowded. We went out for pizza and ice cream in Rehoboth to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday, visited the boardwalk in Ocean City and enjoyed the outlets, and had a great time shopping in Bethany. I can't wait to visit again in 2011.

  We absolutely loved our stay at this spacious Indian Harbor Villa! We stayed with two other families and all our young children. It had every ammenity that we could have possibly needed. In addition, it was well equipped for the very short walk to the beach. The beach was incredible and as it is on the private end, it was quiet and ideal for us and all our gear for the little ones! We took the short drive to the Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks and also spent time enjoying the evenings on the deck! It was quiet, relaxing, and overall a perfect spot. The owners were more than gracious when answering questions. Overall, an amazing place for a tranquil family getaway!

  We spent a week there in August. Wonderful weather, wonderful home, we loved it. Beach is nice and there were plenty of things to do in Bethany and nearby Rehoboth when we wanted a change. Thanks.
