This 2 bedroom. 2 bath top floor unit in Phoenix on the Bay II is spectacular! The lavish custom Cherry kitchen with full-height granite backsplashes, countertops and stainless steel appliances is ideal for any gathering! The unit is also equipped with a full wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker. This condo can accommodate dining for 10 and sleeps 6, with a convertible sofa and plenty of space. The master suite is spacious with an enormous master bath, complete with his/her sinks, jetted corner tub and full shower. You'll also enjoy the large utility room with full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is expertly decorated and everything is new. The building has many amenities for your enjoyment as well, including an expansive lazy river and children's splash pool, waterslide, putt putt, roof top tennis and basketball courts, full gym, indoor heated pool and Jacuzzis, outdoor grills, boat slips and launch...even a lighthouse!

This property was off the beaten path but perfect for families with younger children to avoid the college crowd. The pool was spectacular and although the water could have been warmer (thanks mother nature) it didn't stop the kids from spending every moment possible there. The condo was exactly as pictured (which was a relief). The property owner has put a lot of time and effort into making this unit very comfortable for visitors. The upgrades provides a "rich and cozy" atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and the view was magnificent. I would recommend this property to anyone and wuold definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

It was easy to locate the property at Phoenix on the Bay and we found the rental's amenities and appearance as pictured on VRBO. A lovely "home away from home" that was inviting, clean and well-maintained. The owner was responsible and concerned about our contentment with the condo, it's conveniences, and it's surroundings, and said to call him anytime. We would happily recommend this property to our friends and relatives. The furnishings are extraordinary and the view is lovely! We have spent winters in Orange Beach in the past, and this is the outstanding rental of the five we have occupied. Our activities include an almost daily walk in a Gulf State Park or on the beach, attending high school basketball games, viewing Mardi Gras parades, spend- ing time with friends and relatives, and quietly reading in our peaceful surroundings. We always enjoy DeSoto's and the Original Oyster House, as well as the fresh shrimp we purchased. We found the Dancing Cup Cafe, with its antiques and gifts, just down Canal Road. The Orange Beach Festival of Art was a feast for the eyes. Don't forget the "Alabama, Fort Morgan, and the Naval Air Museum!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this unit. It was well equipped and decorated beautifully. The owner was very helpful with all questions and the pictures were exactly the way the condo looked. View was spectacular. There was a problem with the cleaning which we don't hold the owner responsible for. The unit was not cleaned by check in time. They were behind one hour. I did inform the owner so he would be aware of this problem to help others in the future. I definitely would recommend this property to a friend or relative. Nearby restaurants we enjoyed were Doc's, Steamers, Oyster Bar, Tacky Jack's, and Lamberts on the way out of town. There were many more just not enough time to try them all.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities.

This is by far and away the BEST condo at Phoenix on the Bay! The owners have done a fantastic job decorating, furnishing, and supplying this unit with every last detail. They clearly take great pride in their property and it shows--from the cabinets, to the wall colors, to the kitchen appliances. From the moment you walk in you will feel spoiled in luxury... you will not want to go home. I hope you are lucky enough to rent this unit! This is a beautifully decorated, spotlessly maintained, ideally-located vacation delight. The furnishings are immaculate and there are all kinds of unexpected luxuries like high-end cooking utensils--even a wine fridge.
