Come and see the worlds most beautiful beaches from the Summerhouse condominium. We have a wonderful view from our 9th floor condominium!
The condominium has just been redecorated and is constantly maintained to assure the perfect tropical getaway for you and your family. You can enjoy the ocean waves from your private balcony that opens into the living room.
The balcony also overlooks the two pools, one is heated in the winter. There is a kiddie pool, hot tub and a gazebo. The complex is very family-oriented with gas grills and picnic tables. Also pick up a game of Tennis located on the front side of the property or perhaps a game of shuffelboard. Their are 3 pool tables in the front lobby along with a variety of Arcade Games which can always be fun for the entire family. All of these amenities are only 75 feet from warm white sandy beaches and crystal blue waves.
The unit can sleep 6 guests. There are two beds in the guest bedroom, one full and one twin, and a king sized bed in the master suite. All beds have new, very comfortable mattresses. The living room has two leather sofas and a flat screen television and one television in each bedroom.
The condo is very spacious and has everything you need to have a wonderful relaxing Vacation. Our wish is for you and your family to enjoy it as much as we do and we will assist you in anyway to make your vacation pleasantly memorable so you will want to visit year after year.

We stayed in this condo the last week of June 2011. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! The decor is gorgeous and extrememly clean. I love the lay out, with the spare bedroom away from the master. Most of all we loved....CONDO INCLUDES BEACH CHAIRS, HAS BEACH TOYS IN SPARE ROOM !!! When my older children and husband when to the pool or beach and I stayed up with the baby, I could watch them play from the balcony with wonderful view!!!! I also loved the convient location and the quickness of the elevators!! The only bad thing,,,,WE CAN'T LIVE THERE AND HAD TO LEAVE!!!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What more can you ask for?, beach chairs included, great balcony views, feels like home, (I could easily live in this unit). Hated to leave. Everything you would ever need to use in the kitchen is there. Comfy beds, great water pressure in the showers, We will definitely be back again and again.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We stayed in this condo Labor Day week, Sept. 2010. We absolutely loved it! The decor was contemporary, yet still had a "beachy" feel. The kitchen had all new appliances, plenty of cookware, dinnerware and utensils, plus lots of room for several of us to be moving around at once. The pillowtop mattress made staying in bed a few extra minutes worth it! Very comfortable! The view from the balcony is amazing! The balcony is shaded in the morning and it was a great place to drink coffee, talk and plan our day. The cabana chairs were a huge bonus; it was great not having to drag lounge chairs out to the beach every day! We toured 6 other beachside condo resorts while we were in Panama City; the Summerhouse by far had the best ammenities and the nicest pool/courtyard area. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Summerhouse is located at the east end of the beach strip which was alot less congested, people and traffic wise. For eating, we recommend Pineapple Willy's and the upscale Cap'n Anderson's. The highlight of our vacation was The Sea Screamer sunset dolphin cruise. The crew was fun and stopped everytime dolphins were near the boat. Dolphins came out of the water right beside the boat to smile, play, talk and "perform" for fish! It was a great way to view the coastline of Panama City Beach and watch the sunset. We appreciate K&P Properties for sharing their condo with us and for their quick responses to all our questions via email. We also want to acknowlege property manager, Jeremy, for returning our phone calls ASAP. Thanks, Jeremy! We would definitely rent this condo again, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable condo, reasonably priced with an amazing view!
