Enjoy our brand new home in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks a boaters paradise. The home has parking for four cars, boat launch and trailer storage in our nieghborhood, and Iguana Boat and pwc rentals in the same cove.
This house is brand new with its own huge boat dock, with a 12 x 20 covered slip,additional boat parking along side of 56 ft. long boat dock in a small cove off Lick branch cove. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.Sleeping arrangements accomadate four adults,four children in bunk beds, and room for two extra people on a pull out queen sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen bed, its own bathroom, walk in closet, 26 inch LCD TV and a nice lake view. The next bedroom also has a queen bed and a nice lake view. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds staggered for the kids. All of the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans and a lake view.
The kitchen and living room is open. The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, crock-pot, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils and BBQ tools. There is a table for four and four bar stools along the front of the counter. The living room has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, 42 inch LCD TV, DVD, and a stereo with 5 disc CD player. The couch in the living room is a queen size sleeper.
Off the living room is a patio overlooking the lake with patio table and chairs, Weber charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid,also there is a Weber three burner gas grill. Down at the boat dock 24 x 56 with a 12 x 20 slip there are adirondack chairs,patio table and chairs, dock locker, a dock ladder and a lot of room to swim, fish, relax, read a book, or just watch the boats go by.
There are many restaurants by land or by water, with some having live entertainment. There are also a lot of golf courses and plenty of shopping nearby. My wife and I enjoy the lake at all the seasons of the year, we think you will enjoy our new, cozy, clean, smoke free lake house as well.

This home was just what we were looking for. Very clean and nice layout. The description accurately portrays what you can expect. We brought our boat and John was very helpful giving us suggestions on where to go to put in. Loved the large and clean dock. We spent a couple of days just "floating" around. Very friendly neighbors. We were so surprised how quiet it was. We had not been to the lake for 10 years, and the Yehling home was a great place to make our return. We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio, and grilled out nearly every night. We are looking forward to next year!

This is the perfect place to spend a family vacation. We had an awesome time. The house is well taken care of and a great place to spend time with the entire family. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The dock was perfect for all of us to spend time on. In a great cove off the larger Lick Branch Cove. Good location to swim as well as great fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The owners were easy to work with and incredibly hospitable. Thanks so much for sharing your lake home with us. We would definitley plan another stay in this home.

This is a super nice house in a great location. Very clean and brand new everything! The boat dock is unbeatable and very nice as well. You will not find a better deal any where else on the lake. Owned and operated very well and easy to do buisness with. I would spend the entire summer there if I could. Thanks for a great week we all had a blast. Jeremy W. OKC,OK

Beautiful Lake House with a great dock! Kitchen is stocked for cooking any kind of meals. Definitely a comfortable very clean house. The queen beds were very very comfy. The covered dock was wonderful, everyone was able to fish or just relax even through the rain showers! It is definitely off the beaten path and very quiet however just minutes away from all the shopping and sightseeing in the area. We appreciate the house being pet friendly. John and Michele were very helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. We would definitely recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach area.

These pictures do not do justice for this house! Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home!The house was comfortable and a good fit for 6 adults and 2 small children. The patio that faces the lake is an added bonus,(very smart planning with the fence and safety gate for small children)!The Dock was convenient & comfortable, we spent long afternoons relaxing in the lake (just need to add or take dock bumpers along). The surrounding neighbors were very friendly! The owners John & Michelle were very helpful in answering all our questions. We would recommend this lake home to our friends & family. We enjoyed nearby Bagnel Damn, & the Osage Beach Outlet Mall
