Great building at a great location!
A family-oriented place to take a vacation. This building has everything you could ask for. It's a direct beach front building and the condo is on the front part of the building with a terrific view! Watch the sun come up over the ocean in the morning.
There is plenty to do in the building itself. Between the indoor and outdoor pools to the game room filled with arcade games, you can't be bored. The Goldcoast mall is directly across the street and provides a grocery store, liquor store, movie theater, restaurants, and other small shops. No need to drive if you don't feel like it, just cross the street and do your shopping!

We stayed last minute in 2010 and Theresa was wonderful to deal with...we rebooked in 2011 and found she updated the floors and doors and made this charming condo...even nicer. The building its self has very nice facilities and is far enough away from the the boardwalk that it feels much more like the Outerbanks...they the craziness of OC. Would love to stay again in 2013 as we booked my beloved Kitty Hawk for 2012...but we will be come back to SeaWatch 1103, when we get the chance.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed here for five days in September and it was amazing. Great size and location.The views are great and you have a view o the strip and great ocean view. Teresa was very easy to work with and always answered emails and any questions :) We will be booking with her again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I love the beach! It's my favorite place to be. My husband and two boys love it just as much as I do, therefore it's easy to plan what to do on a nice summer day. It just has to involve the ocean. We boat, jet ski, swim, and eat crabs. Life just can't get any better than that!!!
Why the Owner Chose Sea Watch:
We have been enjoying all that Ocean City has to offer since 1990. When it was time to finally purchase a second home, the location was clearly in ocean city.
