Relax and enjoy beautiful Emerald Isle from this LARGE and open sound front home (5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). For those who enjoy the beach, it is a short walk (~5 minutes) to the crystal coast beachfront. For those who love waterfront this is on a protected canal and wide waterfront view with direct access to Bogue Sound.
Absolutely stunning sunset views across Bogue Sound. Enjoy kayaks, fishing, and crabbing. Also offers bird watching and wildlife viewing right from sunroom and deck. Neighborhood has public boat ramp. Home has 2 docks. Boating on Bogue Sound is tricky, but we do it all the time (recommend skiff and some local knowledge). Excellent surf fishing from the beachfront and Bogue Sound fishing. There is also a public fishing pier and a large public marina is less than 10 minutes away. Downstairs has a second den (great for kids or dads) that is near bunk bed room.
Bring your jet ski, water toys, bikes, sunscreen, and fishing poles for a fun, relaxing time with your family and friends. Owner to provide use of 3 ocean kayaks and a canoe for guests.
Home is nicely furnished and very open living room and kitchen. Full wall of windows from sunroom and spectacular view of Bogue Sound. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and a complete set of cookware for the preparation of all your favorite beach meals. Spacious dining room area for family meals.
Home is located in a quiet neighborhood with paved flat street. No highway traffic. Great for bikes. The outside shower has hot and cold water. Large fenced in pet area in yard.
Convenient to groceries, restaurants, shopping, movies. Emerald Isle also has sidewalks and bike paths. The newest NC Aquarium in Pine Knoll shores is less than 10 miles away!

We usually vacation in the Outer Banks but decided to try Emerald Isle this year and boy what a treat. The house was perfect for 6 little kids. They caught crabs on the dock each day and we kyaked over to the little island, spent a day at Ft. Macon where each grandchild caught more than their fair share and of course time on the beach which was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all like the public beach area. The property was perfect for our family, I would absolutely recommend this property to family with children, lots to do, more than you could do in a week!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Summer Season (May-Sep, Sunday-Sunday or Friday-Friday) $1950/week. Taxes incl. Holiday Weeks (Memorial Day, Jul 4, Labor Day) .. $2250/week. Taxes incl.
