Located on the Quite West End of Panama City Beach. The Condo Sleeps Six Persons And Is Located Close To Everything For That SPECIAL VACATION AT THE BEACH.
The complex is located on 16 beautiful tropical acres with three pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, three tennis courts, shuffle board, clubhouse, cascading waterfalls, island palapa, parking at your own front door.
You will enjoy the convenience of having a full kitchen ... including a dishwasher and refrigerator with an ice maker. Another convenience is Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet) which is available at the the pools. You have internet in the condo.
We are across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Close to shopping, golfing, fishing and just lounging on the beach.

Year Purchased: 2007 We chose Panama City Beach because it indeed has the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. Our Complex has wonderful amenities for a great vacation. We are close to anything you could want from fishing to shopping. We love the beach and came back after all the vacations we took over the years here. We have great memories of all our vacations in Panama City Beach. We love the tropical setting at Portside - putting us in a spot that is close to everything yet giving us that condo that is private and close to the beach.

We stayed here & We had an amazing time. The condo is so nice and has all the kitchen supplies you need. We felt right at home. Owners were very nice to us and the property is very clean. Very close to everything and we will be back! Thanks again for everything!

Our family decided to head to Panama City Beach regardless of the oil spill and so glad we did since there was no oil in sight on the beaches! We had such a wonderful time and loved the condo! It was so beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean! The condo was a lot bigger then we thought it would be and even had a front porch at the front door and a HUGE deck off of the master bedroom. This was such a plus since the kids could enjoy sitting outside below while my husband and I could have alone time on the upper balcony (which was really large!). Also, the property was really nice with 3 pools - my children really enjoyed the pool at the front of the complex which had a beautiful waterfall plus a hot tub. We were surprised at how close we were to everything especially Pier Park which we spent many days at (make sure you dine later in the evening since it can sometimes be crowded with a long wait!). Overall we had such a GREAT time and I do want to mention that Brenda (the owner) was so accomodating on letting us know what to do in Panama City Beach and she was so very friendly. We definitely plan on staying here again next year!
