This beautiful Ocean Front condo is on the beach. The only thing separating you from the waves and sand is the famous boardwalk. Wake up to the sight and sound of the Pacific Ocean directly in front of you with our large picture window in the master bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom all face the ocean. The condo is located on the 2nd floor providing privacy, quiet and safety for you and your family, while allowing you to view all the beach and boardwalk action below.
The condo was recently remodeled with new kitchen appliances, new hotel queen bed, new queen leather sleeper/sofa, new leather recliner and new bathroom vanity.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils you will need. The
master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom 2 twin beds and computer,
and the living room a queen sleeper/couch, recliner, TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.
All linens are supplied except for beach towels. We even provide boogie boards and beach chairs.
There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV.
The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Just in back of our building are several restaurants, bike rentals, surf board rentals, apparel shops, beach shops, and surf instructions. Sea World, Santa Clara Point Community Park and Mission Bay Aquatic Park are only a few blocks away. The condo is extremely close (5 to 15 minutes) to all major attractions including, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla, Coronado, Sea Port Village, Sport Fishing, and Bay Cruises.

Rented condo for a golfing vacation. As usual, weather in S.D. was great. Easy access from here to all golf courses. Condo was excellent. Great view. Enjoyed the dolphins each morning & breakfast on the balcony.

What a wonderful place to be, see & do for a first time San Diego visit. Weather was beautiful as the early sun rises over the ocean. Visited many places and ate at many places. All in all had a great week. It was even warmer them sunny (cold) St Augustine, Fl. Here on the beach in this lovely condo was all & more than we expected. Thanks Jef.

I was on the internet looking for a place to spend my B-Day. I came across this place. Nice & clean. (Marianne & Jef r very nice people). While we were here, we went walking along the beach also sight seeing. The weather is so very nice compared to where we're from - which was MN. the cold state. We will come back again me & my siter with our 85 yr old mother. We Do Not Want to Go Home. We love it here!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. The pictures did not do justice to the view. We couldn't believe we were so close to the ocean. And the kitchen had everything we needed for our family to cook all of meals. Much more than we expected.
