'Smack dab on the beach' and gulf front!! Treat yourself to a 'Titanic' view from our balcony. You'll be able to see as far out to sea and up and down the beach as far as the eye can see. Truly a million dollar view with an affordable rate. The type 'B' floor plan is the only one in all of Sunbird with the bedroom on the gulf. There are several floor plans in The Sunbird, some with a more direct view of the gulf.
Dolphins, stingrays, bird activity, ships and oh yes, people watching are all fun to do. Enjoy!!
Surf by the surf - as a convenience to our guests we have installed Hi-Speed wireless internet, encrypted for your security, inside our condo. We also include at no cost to our guests local and long distance phone calls within the continental USA. Sunbird also offers unsecured wireless access.
Enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning and experience a different sunset each evening from your private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances and essentials for cooking and eating in.
50' cable TV in the living room, with DVD and CD players. It is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. The mirrored walls extend the overall view of the gulf. The bedroom also has a 32' flat screen cable TV and has a king size bed. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom.
Sunbird is a gated community that is family-oriented and is located on Thomas Drive next door to the famous rib house 'Pineapple Willy's. Just a ride down the elevator and a few steps through an adjoining gate and you are ready for a mouth-watering lunch or cozy sunset dinner on his pier. Walk back via the beach!! If you need groceries, Wal Mart is very near - walk or drive over. Play golf at Signal Hill which can be seen from The Sunbird. There are other shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Both the East and West Towers have a swimming pool. The West is heated as needed for colder days. Charcoal barbecue grills are located on the deck of these pools. The main pool is located between the two towers. A lighted tennis court is onsite, as well as shuffleboard and volleyball on the beach.

* A $150 refundable Security Deposit is required within six days of asking us to place the Condominium on hold for you.
* Please add 12.5% Florida Taxes, $60 end of stay cleaning, and a $15 Parking Permit Fee to all quoted rental rates.

We really enjoyed our time we got to spend in the Millers condo. Its SOO BEAUTIFUL and the pictures are to the " T " as to the looks of the condo.The sunsets were amazing an we took lots of pictures.We got a little shower or two an still we enjoyed every moment. Again,it was beautiful! We had all the comforts of home an having the beach at our doorstep was just icing on the cake. The Millers are good people and they have put extra TLC into this condo for others to enjoy so thank you to the Millers an we will be coming back soon to stay again.We love Panama City!!! Whatever you want to do besides relax, is minutes away. Pineapple Willy's is right next door with good food,service,and entertainment. Shipwreck around the corner is a good place to buy souvenirs and anything you may need for the beach.Walmart is around the corner too.Pier Park is down the road for all your shopping needs with plenty of places to eat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This condo is an excellent home away from home.. We enjoyed our stay so much, we will be renting from them again.. we have found the best place to stay that its home away from home.. Thanks for allowing us to stay.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We picked this condo based on the reviews, pictures and the unbelievable rate and we were not disappointed. I have only been to Panama City Beach once as we usually stay in Destin. However, I was tryig to economize and found Sarah and Hugh's condo's. We did not know anything about location, but the pictures sold us. We were more than pleased. The location is the best around. We have gone out and about and everything is so convenient. Not only by car,but walking distance to Walmart, Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Pompano's restaurant, plus shops. This is truly the best condo we have stayed in even comparing it to Destin. I will definitely, choose the Sunbird and Sarah and Hugh's place next time. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming. The view is unbelievable, there is also a deck off the master which is great. Thanks for the awesome place and affordable rate. We will be back. Laurie, Morgan and Lily ( June 13, 2010) and no oil!!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The place was just what we were looking for. We made a last minute decision to go to the beach and Mr. Miller went out of his way to accomadate us. We will stay with them again. It is right next door to Pinapple Willie'sRecommended for: Romantic getaway.

Your condo was perfect for our getaway beach vacation. We enjoyed the beautiful decor along with the awesome location and view of the gulf right from the living room and bedroom. We will definitely contact you next year for our vacation. We had a blast! It rained all day on our last day there, but it was nice to stay indoors and relax on the balcony. Hugh and Sarah, All we can say is WOW! Your unit was everything we had hoped for. Just perfect for my wife and myself! Tastefully decorated, great views,all the accomodations we could have asked for, and best yet, our unit (your unit) was the most handsome of the units we have seen at the Sunbird! We met several people at the other units last week, and we concluded, we want to stay at your unit next time down! Thanks Hugh and Sarah! We also enjoyed visiting with Hugh right before we left! We have been staying at the Miller's units for several years and have never been anything but delighted. This year was no exception. 1008 W was perfect and so very comfortable. Wow! What a phenomenal vacation! It was such a nice surprise to meet you both during our stay, and I can't say enough great things about this condo. It was everything described and much, much more-the pictures don't do it justice. The decor was tasteful and comfortable, and the entire Sunbird complex was very family friendly. I was most pleased with the balcony access from the master bedroom-what a treat every morning! The view from this condo is simply unbelievable! Hugh & Sarah- I apologize for not e-mailing sooner. My computer died while in Florida... maybe it was a sign that I was not suppose to work and needed to relax and enjoy PCB. Kym and I had a wonderful time while at PCB. Your condo was better than expected. We knew from the moment we walked in, that we were in the right place. The setting and views were incredible. From sunsets to views up and down the beach and kiteboarders entertaining us in the afternoon, your condo was perfect. Everything we needed and more!
