  Our family of three loved this place! It was very clean, quiet and so relaxing. Our 10 month old son really enjoyed crawling around, and seemed to be so happy here. For a studio style granny flat, it is very spacious and comfortable. I lived in Vista several years ago and I have always loved this neighborhood. We would definitely rent from Ruth-Ann again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  This was a lovely little apartment for my 10 night stay in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the general necessities (kitchenware, TP, etc), and was simply darling. There was a slight issue with the shower that was fixed within hours, and without any inconvenience to me at all. The patio is fantastic, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe, right at the base of the foothills. I heard coyotes at night, and peacocks and birds galore during the day. I really appreciated having some place out of the hub-bub to be. To me, much more cozy than a hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and would certainly rent from Ruth-Ann again whether in this smaller studio, or the larger, more luxury main house with a pool if we have larger family needs in the future. Based on my experience, I give two thumbs up on the studio if your needs are small and simple.

  This was a great little suite to stay in while we were remodling our home. The neighborhood is beautiful with tall palm trees and beautiful views. The property manager was always prompt with any little problem we had. We would highly recommend it.

  We stayed in this studio in the middle of December until the middle of January. We were remodeling a home we had just purchased in Oceanside. The suite is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning. If we ever had any kind of problems the property manager was right there. We would highly recommend this suite if you just want to get away from the rat race. Shopping was also very close.

  We stayed at this studio, granny flat as a legoland getway for our family of 4. We wanted a private place with a kitchen and laundry. This was better than we could have asked for especially for the price! The studio had everything we needed. The two twin beds were much more comfortable for our kids than a pull-out couch would have been. The weather in Vista was really nice all 5 days of our trip. The location is about 15 minutes from the beach. We especially enjoyed the deck to eat out during the sunset.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
