Triple story, triple bedrooms, triple baths, this spacious condominium offers an opportunity to share meals and laughter with the clan on the second floor in the family room with open wooden flooring to the kitchen and dining space. Sit at the counter and watch the cook or nestle into the over-sized sofa and enjoy the warmth from the river rock fireplace.
The ground level, shared with the one car garage and laundry room, also has a guest room with twin beds and adjoining full bath/shower (slate counters and floors).
This floor also has an exit out to the over sized private hot tub – yippee!
The third level captures the master suite with a queen bed, a large 32” TV and the romantic river rock gas burning fireplace. Lots of closet space and a large master bath with double sinks, heated slate floors and alder cabinets compliment this wing.
Down the hall, the third bedroom and private bath. This room is quite large and offers either two twin beds or king size bed with loads of space and natural light.
