We stayed at this condo in early May and absolutely loved it. It had everything you could possibly want in a vacation condo and was perfect for our young family. The complex was well maintained and just a short canoe/boat ride to the beach. A walking path around the lake is also available. Our family really enjoyed this location as you are situated in close proximity to both Seaside and Destin with plenty to do. Unlike other rentals where we have stayed, the condo owners spared little expense in decorating, utilizing high-end furnishings and bedding. What a great place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
Owner response: Thanks Douglas! Just to be clear for future travelers, this is a stand along vacation home, not a condo. So, it has all the privacy and elements of a house as opposed to a condo. Thank you!

The beaches in South Walton County are amongst the most beautiful in the world so I've been drawn to this area since I was a child. 30A in particular is such a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns like Destin and Panama City Beach. This location is easily accessible by car from every city in the Southeastern US yet it can feel like you are on your own deserted island at times. Come see why I love this area so much!
