Sunrise Beach 604 is a family friendly condominium with a beautifully decorated room. 604 is a sixth floor unit, but it is the ground floor of rooms. The first 4 floors are parking and the 5th floor contains the entrance to the pools and the offices. This room has a bunk room (in addition to the 2 bedrooms) with it's own door, TV, & DVD player.
Sunrise Beach is located 1 mile from the entrance to Pier Park; a new premier shopping center with over 100 different stores, restaurants, & specialty shops. Frank Brown Park (a popular baseball/softball complex is located approx. 2 Mi. from Sunrise Beach. The new Panama City/Bay County International Airport, scheduled to open in March of 2010, is approx. 5 Mi. from Sunrise Beach.
Beach Service is provided at NO CHARGE from March 1st through October 1st!!

This was the best condo ever. The view overlooking the pool was awesome. Thanks for a great "Girl's weekend!"Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was a great place to spend our Labor Day weekend. The condo was just as the pictures show. The property was well maintained and clean. The rooms were very large and the garden tub in the master was awesome! The owner was extremely helpful in all aspects of our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
