The first floor layout begins with the spacious living room, which offers an impressive media center featuring a 36 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR. And if that isn’t enough, be sure to experience your favorite movie or sporting event with the integrated surround sound! A game table for 4 is also set up in this room and is all ready for a fun family game night. Tucked away off the foyer is a small half bath.
Adjacent to the living room is a gourmet kitchen fully equipped to handle any meal. With top of the line appliances, this kitchen is sure to make even the most world renowned chef jealous! A large island is front and center and offers granite countertops, a Viking 6 burner range and seating for 5. Integrated into the beautifully crafted custom cabinetry is a Viking refrigerator, dual ovens and a wet bar with an ice maker. A glass topped dining table with seating for 10 is just a few steps away. The openness of the kitchen and dining area makes preparing and enjoying group meals a fun experience.
A large covered deck spans the length of the first floor and is accessible from both the living room and dining areas. This deck provides seating for up to 12 people and the deck specific sound system make this space ideal for dining al fresco.
The first level of this home offers up two spacious bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed, a small sitting area and a 32 inch television. Adjoining this bedroom is a private bathroom featuring a large shower and double vanity with granite countertops. Oh and the best part, this bedroom has amazing ocean views and sliding glass doors leading to the porch. The second provides two twin beds, a flat screen TV and private adjoining bath.
If you thought the first floor was impressive, just wait until you get upstairs. Situated at the top of the stairs on the second level is another living room. Equipped with a 32 inch flat screen television, DVD player, VCR and surround sound, this is the perfect place to send the kids if you’re craving adult time! Adjacent to the living room is a small loft, while a half bath is located in the hall. A spacious covered balcony is right off of the living area and offers more breath-taking ocean views. A spiral staircase leads from the balcony to the first floor porch, providing easy access to all areas of the home. Have some last minute stowaways? Two queen size sleeper sofas are available for additional guests.
The remaining five bedrooms are also on the second floor, with the first bedroom offering a king size bed, TV and private bathroom. Special features of this bedroom are the great ocean views and access to the second floor covered balcony. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the third has two sets of bunk beds. Both offer a private adjoining bathroom and in-room television. Two twin beds make up the fourth bedroom, which also includes a private bath and its own television. The final room making up the second floor is the master bedroom. This bedroom offers a king size bed, TV, DVD player and VCR. The adjoining master bath offers wonderful features such as a whirlpool tub and a separate extra large shower stall. Large sliding glass doors allow you to enjoy everything about the ocean; the sound, the breeze and best of all, the view!
But wait, the trip down luxury lane isn’t over yet!
When you’re done frolicking in the sand and sea, the ground level offers a large shower area where you can rinse off and a dressing room allows you to change into fresh and dry clothing. Not ready to go inside just yet? Soak up more Vitamin C in the beautifully landscaped backyard.
A private boardwalk leads either to the beach in one direction or up to the first floor porch in the other.
