This spacious condominium is the ideal place for relaxation and recreation. Three bedrooms - two with queen-size beds and one with two twin beds afford privacy and comfort. There are two full bathrooms and an extra vanity in third bedroom.
This Non-Smoking condo is within walking distance from downtown Frisco where there are great restaurants and a variety of interesting and unique shops. Within minutes you can be to one of six major ski resorts - Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland Valley, Copper Mountain, or Vail Resorts. Fishing and boating on Dillon Reservoir is great recreation. Or if you prefer Factory Outlet Stores are just a few minutes away in Silverthorne.
After a long day of recreation, the perfection relaxation is found in the pool and hot tub, or sitting on the deck which overhangs Ten Mile Creek affording the constant soothing sound of running water. Perhaps an evening by the fireplace would be welcome while watching movies or listening to music. (Firewood is supplied.) A fully-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances is perfect for those who like to "eat in." Two clean laundry facilities are located near this unit within the complex.

$200 refundable security deposit required on all rentals
10% Discount for 7 night stay. 3 night minimum rental
$95 cleaning fee for rentals of less than 5 nights
