CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made in writing at least 120 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is re-booked. Minimum rental period is one week. Monthly rentals are encouraged. Please inquire. My agent on the island will handle all the necessary paperwork for your reservation, collect rent, taxes, security deposits and issue keys to renters. This is for our (yours' and mine) mutual convenience and will not cost you any additional monies.
Rates subject to change until quoted/confirmed in writing. Payment terms: 1/3 of total costs & signed paperwork within 10 days of receiving reservation forms. 1/3 payment of total costs 90 days prior to arrival. Balance 1/3 due 30 days prior to arrival.

About the owner: Born and raised in New England in a strict Sicilian home. I was raised to value my faith, family, friends & honesty. Still have my two BFF's from grammar school (going on well over 55 years...uh uh achoo...make that 56 years! how special is that!) And, my life would not be complete without the love of my life (48+ years). Yes...love at first sight is not just an expression (Sept 9, 1965 @ 2:35pm). And, my kids..oh my! And, my grandbabies..how precious! And, now to be able to enjoy and share a beautiful island paradise condo on Marco Island with wonderful guests and renters and family leaves me with the feeling of being ever so blessed. My heart is full.
