we had a great time this year at the beach. The condo we stayed at was wonderful. We have stayed at Chadham by the sea for 4 years now and this unit was the best the view was awesome and the unit was clean and very modern. We really loved it when we go back next year we will make sure we get the same unit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Year Purchased: 1990
About the owner: My wife and I own this condominium since we purchased it in 1990 and used it as a vacation home with our children until we moved to New Smyrna Beach, Forida, and built a house within 12 miles from the condo. We now use it as a second home and rent it periodically. The condo has been recently renovated to our liking as a second home.
Why the Owner Chose Bethune Beach:
New Smyrna Beach is beautiful, secluded, family oriented, with the flavor of a small idyllic town and yet, close to everything, including the famous shopping centers in Daytona Beach and Orlando.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Being the last condominium on the beach, one mile before the entrance to Canaveral National Seashore on a no thorough way, the beach is very quiet and peaceful. The view of the ocean on one side, and the Indian River Lagoon on the other, are both spectacular from this top floor condo unit.
