  Five friends and I spent a lovely, relaxed week in Key West, staying at the perfectly located Dreaming on Duval. The house is amazing, exactly as pictured and described on this site. We arrived to a sparkling clean home, well appointed, and soon realized perhaps its best feature: its perfect location. The neighborhood is amazingly quiet, but only a few short blocks to the heart of old town where the night life occurs. Nearer to the house are several excellent restaurants, all within 5 minutes walking distance (no kidding) such as Blue Heaven, Nine One Five, LaTeDa, Santiago's, BlackFin, and several others. We walked everywhere all week - the wharf, the beach, shopping, galleries, coffee, happy hour, dinner. You really do not need a car unless you want to go to the other keys. The house is very comfortable. All of the bedrooms are exactly as pictured - 1 small master on ground floor, two twin rooms that share a bathroom on 2nd floor and a grand master suite on the 2nd floor. An additional master suite on the 3rd floor. Kitchen is fully equipped, as is the laundry room. We spent lots of quality hours around the kitchen, den, and patio and pool, which are open, welcoming, and perfect to enjoy the perfect Key West weather. WiFi also worked perfectly, and cell coverage was good. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

  We were lucky enough to stay at Dreaming on Duval the week of Lobster Fest. We had a total of 12 family members who came from South Carolina and Florida. The location could not be any better. Shopping and dining is right outside your door. Relax on the front porch and watch people walk by or gather in the back at the pool (which has disco lights that are really cool at night). These pictures are really true to what you will see when you arrive. We were worried about the noise level when we arrived, but you could not hear any outside noises. Everything was spotless and clean. If you love home cooked meals the mac/cheese @ Sweat Tea's is only 2 blocks away, and everything we had was delicious!

  My now husband and I rented the house to host our family for our wedding in Key West. We had some high expectations based on the pictures but we were blown away after seeing the house in person. The pictures don't do it justice. It is so beautiful. All the decorations, appliances, fixtures, everything has been done perfectly and to such a high standard. The bedrooms are very spacious and allow plenty of privacy for 5 adult couples staying in the house. Even the bedrooms with the Jack and Jill bath have a nice sitting area outside of it so there is plenty of privacy and room for everyone. The masterbedroom is like its own separate little house - luxurious! The balcony's were lovely for morning coffee. Our group also spent a great deal of time on the front porch just watching people go by. The house is perfect for a family get together as it is designed with fantastic gathering places, whether its the library or the back patio, the front porch, or the living room/kitchen area, a large group can easily be accomodated. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances, better than my own house. The owners were incredibly helpful anytime we had a question which we really appreciated their responsiveness. The location was wonderful as well. Its at the "quiet" end of Duval but easily within walking distance of both ends of Duval. We easily walked everywhere even to Mallory Square. I would highly recommend staying here and we are even talking about coming back for a family vacation we loved it so much. Thank you!

  This is a Beautiful home, within walking distance to everything!!! It's spacious and very well furnished, easily accomodating 10 people. Dean and Paul were both very friendly and so helpful. One of our best vacations ever. We will certainly be back!
