This waterfront home on Beaver Lake is a sanctuary for the senses, with spectacular lake views from almost every room in the house. Built in 2008, this tri-level, 4,000 sq ft home replicates the award-winning mountain lodge architecture of Whistler, Canada and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.
The main level features heated slate and wood floors throughout. The spacious great room has a 50” built-in TV, leather couches, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Cook to your heart’s delight in a kitchen with all the amenities or BBQ and enjoy dinner out on the slate deck to soak in the tranquility of Beaver Lake. Afterwards, build a fire down by the water or enjoy a glass of wine on the dock. (A bottle of Washington wine is complimentary with your stay.)
The upper level features a private Master Suite – a getaway unto itself. The travertine clad bathroom features a soaking tub overlooking the lake, a dual-head steam shower, and complimentary coffee bar. Savor the first cup of the morning out on the Master sun deck. (It coffee isn't your thing, wake up with a quick dip in the lake or a kayak ride around the lake.) The Master Suite sleeps two in a Queen bed.
The other wing of the upper level features a Queen bedroom (w/ lake view) and a travertine & granite bathroom with tub/shower. Crack the bedroom window at night to wake up the next morning to the beautiful sound of birds who call Beaver Lake home.
The lower level features a quiet Queen bedroom (also w/lake view) with travertine bathroom featuring private shower & tub plus complimentary coffee bar.
The lake access area features a spacious dock to soak up the sun in Adirondack chairs, take a dip in the lake, or catch fish off the dock. (The lake is stocked w/ trout and a famous bass hole is right in front of the dock. All fishing poles and tackle are complimentary w/ your stay.) The flagstone patio area features a fire pit (chopped wood provided). Guests have access to 2 kayaks plus barge and boat with battery motors to explore the lake. (Life vests and liabiilty waiver required.)
Alpine hiking trails, parks, tennis courts, mountain bike trails, wineries, and golfing are all nearby. The home is 8 miles from the Sahalee Golf Club and 25 minutes to downtown Seattle (Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Glassblowing) or Woodinville wineries. 15 minutes to Bellevue, 10 minutes Redmond.
This home is privately owned. NO SMOKING / NO PETS. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

This home was amazing. We loved staying here, it was so peaceful and beautiful. We had excellent weather so we were able to really enjoy the outdoor living space, and there was plenty to enjoy! In the house itself was every amenity we could possibly think of, as well as being beautiful and comfortable. The owners of this house were absolutely accommodating and answered the few questions we had very quickly. They really had thought of everything and had put it all in the notes for us upon arrival. We would for sure return to this house for another vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Lazing in this gorgeous home; enjoying the dockside motorized barge and kayaks...couldn't have been more relaxing and just delicious! Stupendous master suite; ordinary, but nice additional bedrooms. Words cannot express what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful property on Beaver Lake! The house was amazing and had everything you could want! The view of the lake...breathtaking! Thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities...boating...kayaking...barge...fire pit! Our 12-year old son was in heaven! We couldn't wait to get home everyday from sightseeing....spent several days just lounging around and enjoying the lake! I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely come back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. A great alternative to staying at a hotel for my family in the busy Seattle summers. The quality of the house exceeded our expectations based on the pictures and description. Our family stayed at this Beaver Lake home in August! The house and amenities were amazing! The views from each room were spectacular! We went swimming in the lake, sipped tea and coffee as we relaxed on the deck. The location was wonderful! We went to Seattle, went wine tasting, rode on the ferries and visited Olympia. The owner was very helpful with all our questions and concerns and left instructions for us. I would highly recommend this home. We were so relaxed and shared a great vacation together. I wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back! Again this was wonderful!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We were a group of 6 (3 couples) visiting Seattle for the first time. We stayed at Tranquility on Beaver Lake for part of the time. What a gorgeous house, plenty of room for all. We really enjoyed the deck where we would sit after a busy day of sightseeing. The views of the lake were very relaxing. We also took advantage of the Kayaks at the dock, nice leisurely ride around the lake. The location of the house worked out well as we were able to take day trips to Seattle, Mt. About the owner: We fell in love with Beaver Lake 10 years ago when we first went fishing on this non-motorized lake. Without the sounds of outboards and jet skis, you really hear the sounds of nature and summer fun on the lake. As the owner builders of this mountain home, we are proud of the design. We hope you find it as relaxing and enjoyable as we do.
