This is your chance chance to rent our unique condo that has 1250 sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms sporting queen beds in each. The huge loft offers queen pull out,armoire,wrap around sofa,desk,cable T.V. and convenient stackable washer/dryer. Another queen sleeper sofa on the main floor, in front of the fireplace is a bonus. Two full baths, great kitchen, dining area that seats 8 and plenty of storage and privacy. Easy to find, drive right up to your door and unpack.
The Hillsider Condominiums are a smaller complex that consist of only 18 units that allows for a more personal stay. The unit is only 300 yards walking distance to the base of the Gondola. Lots of activities are planned in and around the gondola base area.Fine dining and shopping are right there on the mountain. To tired to walk? Don't know what to do with the kids ? Free bus service picks you up outside your front door and across the street every 15 minutes, it includes the mountain area and downtown. Take the family to the Hot Springs and enjoy the
new water slide or night tubing on the mountain Strawberry Park Hot Springs are always a special treat. Have something in mind? just ask and we'll do our best to get you some information.
Relax in our new outdoor pool (summer only) or Hot Tub (year around) that is just steps away from the unit. Our balcony has a gas BBQ grill and you can overlook the pool and commons area. There is a full size coin operated laundry located in the end of building 1 for your use.

We had a nice weekend get away here prior to the slopes opening. We found the condo very cozy and warm. The fireplace really heats the place up well! The unit was clean, the kitchen well stocked with utensils, place settings and the basic amenities. Our only issue was the remote for the DVD player didn't work. Batteries maybe? Overall, for the value this condo was outstanding!

We stayed in this condo in early October. We were tired of motels and even though there were just the two of us it was still a great deal. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have spices and such. There were flowers on the table and a few welcome gifts. It was great to be able to relax and spread out a bit while exploring the lovely Steamboat Springs area. The owners were great to work with and I would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

This review is long over due and I should have written it way back when. We stayed in this lovely condo in the summer of 2009 when my son played in the little league world series in Steamboat Springs. Our family had the best time! This condo was just perfect from begining to end, very cozy and well equipped for our stay...and most of all it was CLEAN...nothing pleases us more when traveling then to have a clean place to stay. This condo is also close to shopping, resturants and the highway. Very friendly owners to deal with and easy check in/ check out procedure. We highly recommend this terrific rental property!

I stayed in this condo last year and I am staying here again in February. The condo is exactly what you see in the photos. It has tons of room for plenty of people with 2 bedrooms, a loft with pullout couch and another pullout couch in the main living room. It slept 5 of us with no problem! The TV is kinda old and not very big, from what I remember, but then again, why would you waste your time watching TV when you're in Steamboat Springs!!? I would definitely reccomend this condo! It has plenty of space and it is very reasonably priced, which is very hard to come by in Steamboat! I've found the owners to be very friendly and easy to work with, which is also a huge plus!!

Condo setup is great and housed 6 of us with room to spare. Very convenient to the Condo bus lines and easy walking distance to get to the slopes at Steamboat. Having the lock box and 3 sets of keys came in very handy as we often went different directions throughout the day and evening. Found the kitchen well equipped even with storage containers, seasonings, storage bags, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, dishrags and towels, etc. Wasn't expecting that - I had brought my own. Several of the family enjoyed the hot tub a lot, although it was too cold for me to walk the distance. Loved being greeted with a party tray and bottle of wine. The Christmas decorations and live poinsetta helped us extend our Christmas vacation memories up until we left on Jan. 3rd. Would rent again - found the owners easy to work with and responsive to my questions.

I have stayed at this property 2 times. Very nice although dated. This place had all of the room for my family and the loft with games and a 2nd TV helped out with the kids. Hot tub was nice but not close. I really liked the kitchen. It was quaint and having the barstools and the dining table close made it the focal point of the condo. On my 1st trip we had alot of family with us and enjoyed eating in. On my 2nd trip I celebrated my 50th with just a couple of guys so we ate out every night. We did make breakfast in though and really enjoyed the kitchen. Great place and very nice hosts. There was even a cold 6 pack of Newcastle waiting for us on our arrival for my 50th. Cheers!!!
