Come enjoy our newly decorated beach cottage just a short stroll (2 - 3 minutes) away from the Gulf of Mexico. We are located near the entrance to the neighborhood directly across from the deeded beach access and just houses away from the community pool. Located off of Scenic Hwy 30A along the fabulous emerald waters and white sandy beaches, we are situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and a short drive or bike ride to great shopping and fabulous restaurants.

Our cottage features an open living area and a large flat screen TV. A dining area that can accommodate 6 along with 3 barstools at the counter. We offer Wi-Fi and have games and movies to enjoy with your family.

The Master Suite has a plush King Bed and its own balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets as you sip your tropical evening cocktail. The Guest Suite houses a fabulous queen bed and attached bath and a bunk room next door just waiting for kids to enjoy the spunky decor. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.

And finally, a furnished screened in porch (with TV) to sit back in, relax and enjoy the gulf breeze after a day at the beach. This is the ultimate family house for your vacation.

There is a 17 mile bike path that runs the complete length of 30A!

Feel like a guest instead of a renter!

Well maintained and stocked house. The shed had 3 bikes , and 4 beach chairs along with several beach toys, boards etc. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking needs , storage etc.. Outside there was a Weber charcoals grill and in our case plenty of leftover charcoal and lighter fluid. Everyone liked their beds. The master had a comfortable memory foam topper and I think that was in every room but not totally sure about that. The host was very responsive to any questions or requests we had and was very nice. We have rented 3 different floor plans in the magnolia cottages and for our needs this was the best! We will definitely return.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect for our families with small children. The walk from the house to the beach was super quick and easy. The house was close to the road/beach, but very quiet and felt private and secluded. We really enjoyed the screened in porch, and it gave our children extra space to play. The beach itself seemed less crowded than other beaches we've stayed at along 30A, which was great! We'd absolutely stay here again. Great experience.

Florida family vacation

Rooms, location, 3 baths were all that could be expected. Central location was great and the interior was clean and well furnished. Most of the VRBO’s that we have used have a little more in starting materials: no kleenex, no laundry soap, no coffe filters, one trash bag. We agree we should maintain supplies, but would be nice to have starting materials for 1-2 days

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location and the kitchen was well stocked. When we arrived we realized the oven wasn’t working. It was Thanksgiving! Luckily we had family close by because we would have been screwed. The property manager was willing to help in any way needed which was great. It would have been nice to know about ahead of time though. The towels under the sink in the downstairs bedroom/bathroom smelled so bad of mildew we had to wash them before we used them. Oh and no locks on the bathroom doors…. The electricity would randomly shut off in certain rooms needing a breaker switch. Lastly the beds had the most awful 4-6in mattress foam pad. We all had to remove them in the middle of the night. They were hot and made you feel like you were falling off the sides of the bed. After we removed them everyone slept great. I think moving forward they aren’t an added comfort. Overall the house was fine. It needs some TLC for sure though.

We live in Clarksville, TN and love coming to the beach. We discovered 30-A about 12 years ago and love the beautiful beaches, family atmosphere, 17 miles of bike trails and great food. We found this cottage with a 2 - 3 minute walk to the beach and had to have it. Come and enjoy our home!
