Huge elegant fully-restored Victorian Home that is still family-friendly! Many features and excellent location.
Completely updated kitchen and baths. Four-zones of central air conditioning, and 5 zones of central heat to keep everyone comfortable. Formerly used as an award-winning Bed and Breakfast Inn, this home offers 8 bedrooms, most of which have private bathrooms and separate (private) sitting rooms. All of the rooms have TV's, DVD's, small refrigerators. Most bedrooms have private baths with showers and some have claw-foot tubs in addition to the showers. Some have mini-kitchens (for those late night snacks or warming up a cup of tea!).
The dining room is huge, with a banquet table as well as a smaller table. The eat-in kitchen offers Viking appliances, granite counters and a center butcher-block island. Sound system wired throughout the first floor. Game room with pool table. Multiple gas fireplaces throughout the house. The home offers large rooms, Two levels of porches with ocean views, and a location that allows you to walk to everything in Cape May! Plenty of off-street parking (a rarity in this part of town).
Perfect for large families or groups of friends, this home is offered throughout the year for weekly rental (minimum in summer) or minimum 2-night stays during the rest of the year. Perfect place to come to enjoy a family vacation, especially for multiple generations or multiple siblings with children of all ages. Also great for those who want to experience real Cape May for a special occasion, like a wedding or one of the many events in Cape May (e.g. Jazz Festival, Music Festival, Film Festival, or a family holiday....there is nothing like Christmas in Cape May!)

My husband, Tedd, and I own 8 vacation rental properties (6 in Cape May and 2 in Wildwood), and we live year round in Cape May. We moved here on a full time basis after vacationing here all of our lives. I manage and rent all of our properties myself, and I make myself available to my guests at all times. I am diligent about proper maintenance of our properties and I strive to pleasantly surprise guests with improvements each year, and better-than-expected quality. Since I live in the area, I know it well and am happy to offer my guests lots of help with activity planning and special services.

We began buying vacation rental property here 22 years ago when our children were young. Our first house was a 2-family property, allowing us to stay in one unit while we rented the other. I rented the Cape May house @ 25 Ocean from you Oct 7th-9th. I'm interested in once again renting it. This time for April 12, 13 & 14th. (though I'm almost sure I'll be asking for it again on Oct 5th, 6th 7th)
