    Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was a good size for our family (7 adults, 4 children). The almost complete lack of pots, pans, and baking dishes made it difficult to cook, in a resort area with few close-by dining options. The kitchen was disorganized (except labeled dishes) and lacked many needed items such as a fork for turning meats on the grill, etc, etc. There is an ant problem. We own a beach house (which we don't currently rent) and it appears from our experience the owner(s) don't spend much time there, or don't cook there. If we rent again in Kiawah, it will have an elevator for food and belongings, and not have ants. The "yes" recommendation would be dependent on correcting the above!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family friendly house. Great location! The only problem is you do not have access to Heron Park Pool, which kids love because of the new water slide. It would be nice if property management would get access to this.

Location was great to walk to the beach Had a great time with our children from Calgary and New York.

    This house was amazing. My husband and I have four children. Three girls and one son. Melissa decided on getting married on Kiawah since her husband works for the conservancy. After looking at many homes we decided upon this one. The layout of the house was perfect for two of my daughters their husbands and children. Four grandchildren all together. The upstairs was so perfect the way it was set up. They had their own suites and there was still room for my 88 year old mother. The pool was a saving grace and the proximity to the beach and everything else was tremendous. The only thing I could suggest is having a third pillow on the king size bed or at least extra pillow cases for the extra ones in the closet. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone interested in renting. My family may be interested in coming again this summer and will definitely contact you for another rental. Thank you for helping us celebrate a beautiful week in Kiawah!

    Words will not be able to express the memories that my family and I were able to create during our holiday (Thanksgiving) stay. The home was beautiful and within a short walking distance to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for families with small children also. We are considering a summer retreat in the near future so, that we can truly enjoy all of the amenities this home has to offer (pool). Excellent Choice!!

    My husband is retiring this year. We wanted to do something for our three children and their families to remember. We have two small grandchildren, ages 2 and 16 months. Since part of the family lives in another state, the grandchildren have not had a lot of time to bond. This vacation was a bonding experience for all and was a great success. Having our own pool and the quietness of mid September along with having a short walk to the beach, the golf courses, and chartered fishing made for a wonderful retreat and lasting memories for all. There's a rumor we might just do this again!

    Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group loved the location and layout of the home. The home needs a thorough cleaning, some fresh paint and some maintenance. There were lots of cobwebs around the recessed lights/ ceiling. There were stains on the bedspreads, fabric headboards and rugs. Torn fabric on the barstools. Kitchen needs to be better stocked. Not enough drinking glasses and wine glasses for the number of people this home can accomodate. There were also no grilling tools. One of the knobs on the stove was broken, so the burner could not be used. One of the outside door handles/lock completely fell off the door.

Reviewer Comments: The bedroom situation is bizarre and i don't feel it was properly explained on your website. the twin bedrooms can only be accessed through the queen bedrooms and there is only one bathroom for a queen bedroom and one of the sets of twin/queen combo rooms. 6 people sharing a bathroom is not practical. Loved the ice machine though, and the garage access with extra refridgerator.

    Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacationed at this house last year and had several cleaning and maintenance problems we let the rental company know about after our stay. They said we should have called and they would have taken care of everything. This time we called and let them know the bathrooms were not clean, blankets had syrup on them and were not washed, food on the dishes and we were told they would have to find a maid to come to the island. We were never even called back. We would like to come back to this house every year but will probably not because it was not clean.

Reviewer Comments: The wireless network associated with that location is not secure and my email was hacked into and passwords changed... etc. It was a nightmare and $300 consulting fee to get my stuff back. Please have owners secure a network with a password. This was a complete disaster!!
