Mountain views from every room in the house. This well designed home is 7 miles from the new River Run ski gondola and situated in the residential area of The Heatherlands located between Ketchum and Hailey in the Wood River Valley. The house is located on the south side of Gimlet peak and has complete privacy with open views towards Baldy and the Valley. Out the back door there are acres of hiking and a completely private fenced yard.
This two story, stucco and tile home has queen beds in 2 master bedrooms on the mail level and a full size bed and a twin sofa sleeper in the 3rd bedroom.on the lower level. All bedrooms have full baths. The living room is a 6 sided area with expansive views and a glassed in gas fireplace in the middle of the room - great ambiance. Top of the line linens.
During the summer months there is a large vegetable garden for fresh salads and breakfast berries.
This is a wonderful family home and a great place to enjoy all Sun Valley has to offer during all 4 seasons. We are less than a mile from the Valley’s extensive biking and walking trail system and SV has many cultural events including: the Sun Valley Summer Symphony, the Sun Valley Arts and Crafts Music and Festival events, and numerous music events in the new SV Pavilion during the summer.
