The Condo was very nice and everything we needed for a long Labor day weekend was furnished and clean. Boat parking was a slight issue with a neighbor, but it was worked out. We own Property at FFB since 1980, but have not visited in many years. It appears the Bay is trying to revive some ammenities.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Loved renting this nice condo - both bedrooms are upstairs - so if that's a problem - need to know that. Also, one bedroom has twin beds, the other has a queen bed and there is a nice sleeper sofa downstairs. Only one shower/tub in the condo - but a half-bath downstairs. We just needed some extra sleeping space while we had all of our other family staying at Fairfield Wyndham so this worked out great! Owner is very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and really enjoyed our stay. Condo was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. The condo owner was great to work with us on such short notice. We certainly hope to stay here again in the not so distant future!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: we are in love with Arkansas and live in Wisconsin. Wanting to retire there someday. I am a salon manager/stylist, and my husband works for the Kenosha county public works as hwy foreman.. We take pride in our condo, and just want to rent it so that others can enjoy what we love so much!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy the fact that it is more than a hotel room. Privacy and room! With our children, they could go and watch their own TV in their rooms, and we could entertain in the living and kitchen areas without bothering them! The pools and lake are spectacular, and just very relaxing. Everything we need to cook,, and having the washer/dryer in the unit was fabulous..less packing. Fun!
