Fantastic End Unit with lots of windows,on quiet SHORE DRIVE! 2 bd/2 ba condo with a great OCEAN VIEW! Totally furnished kitchen, comforters, and pillows furnished. You must bring your own linens or I can furnish them for a nominal charge. Step out the door and onto the beach with NO ROADS TO CROSS! Short walk down the beach to Famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar/Dancing/Restaurant. Apache pier is also just down the beach for GREAT FISHING! This condo sleeps 6 with a queen,dbl, and 2 twins (Bunk Beds),the sofa sleeper is a queen. 2 baths each with shower 1 with bathtub. Great kitchen with all the amenities, 3 tvs,vcr,dvd,stereo and video games. Restaurants,Icecream,gift shops all in walking distance. Shopping center with grocery,restaurants and shops a few blocks away-NO NEED TO GET ON BUSY HWY 17! Barefoot Landing and Tanger outlets are 2 miles away, and theatre. Wonderful stay at the Condo

This was our second year staying in the same Condo. We had a great stay again, we like it because of the beach and the quiet street and the beach. The Condo had an update (slight) from our first stay and it is always neat and clean when we arrive. Downtown is not far (20 minutes?) if your looking for more activity and Annie's is just a walk away. The area restaurants have good food and are a short drive, but you can also BBQ at the picnic area between the Condos near the pools. Shopping (mall) is also close if you like. We would recommend this Condo to anybody that is looking for a vacation at the the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

"The Sand Room" is a beautifully decorated and comfortable condo. The rooms are spacious and the grandsons loved the bunk beds, especially sleeping on the top bunk. The kitchen is very bright and cheery. The art work adorning the walls are a class act. The view from the balcony is absolutely breath-taking. One can enjoy watching the waterfowl in the marsh or catch the sunset on the ocean. Stay at the complex and just relax on the beach or at the pool. The owner is very helpful and courteous when making the reservations. We have enjoyed our stays here and cannot wait to return!!!
