  we stayed in this beautiful home for a month.bill was so helpful,with any of our problems.we went to nasquar,baseball,hockey games fom this house,just a short distance to them all.the women loved walking to the malls,casino was a 5 min .drive.this is a very safe and clean area.we drove 4 days from canada to stay here an i wish i could go every year!!see you in 2 yrs.bill.p.s if you find a nicer home let me know!!!digger

  This home is absolutely gorgeous and the owner is second to none! A breeze to rent this home and an owner who really cares about your comfort and is easy to work with. Our Annual Girls' Week Out, which included six of us this year, was fantastic. An easy ride from Sky Harbor Airport and convenient to casinos, shopping, Scottsdale and Rawhide (an excellent place to eat and have fun!). The home is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is stocked beyond belief (including two coffee pots, which was perfect for six women!). The covered outdoor area adjacent to the pool was the place to be on cool and rainy afternoons. Two bar-b-q grills near the sparkling pool were an added plus. Everything one would need away from home was within reach. The Owner and the spectacular home made for a perfect week! Thank you Mr. Peterson for your attention to detail and for sharing your home with us. Everyone should be as lucky as we were to select your home!

  This property was an excellent value for the money. The Duke was one of the best courses we have played and this vacation home is located just a few minutes away. The atmosphere at the restaurant was 5-star and the food was even better. The staff at the Pro Shop were some of the most professional we have seen and wished we could have stayed another week to improve our scorecards! If you are planning a trip to Maricopa, highly recommend this property! The owners were a breeze to work with!

  We arrived in Maricopa after driving for three days from Ontario Canada. Not knowing what to expect when we arrived we were pleasantly suprised to arrive to such a beautiful home. Very clean and spacious with everything you could want in a home away from home. Our only regret is that we didn't rent it for two weeks instead of one. Todd & Andrea
