We love this condo for it's delightful ambiance and excellent location in the building overlooking the pool, beach, beach-walk and gulf! You'll know you're in Florida, and will enjoy every minute! There are inspiring views, bird-watching, dophin-sighting and nightly sunsets from each room! The condo is furnished comfortably and tastefully in a clean, contemporary manner. It's in a superb, well-managed, updated building with friendly residents and staff. The location is ideal for Naples -- you can walk to restuarants and shops, and it's just a short, easy drive downtown or to the Naples Philharmonic Hall. The owners are cooperative and appreciate renters who take good care of their unit. We can't say enough good things about this unit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
