  Villa Paradis indeed honors it's name. The minute you open the front door a beautiful blue ocean welcomes you. The house modern, simple, and very functionalis a delight. From the infinite pool you can see P.R. With the lights In the night, nice! Highly recommended! Ivan & Estela Doval

  The villa is so gorgeous I don't think the pictures do it justice! We arrived on a sunny wednesday and were greeted by one of the managers who graciously gave us a tour and explained the way everything works. As I already stated, the villa is gorgeous, with beautiful modern architecture, an open floor plan and amazing ocean views. I went with two other families, my husband and daughter (and our little dog). Though it was gorgeous, there are some things that did not make much sense to me and the top one being why we couldn't have access to the laundry. The last house we rented in Martineau Estates had access to the laundry so my husband packed extra light so we ended up having to wash things by hand which on a vacation is not fun in the least. Another thing that I wondered was that at least in the two master rooms there's plenty of room for king beds (especially in the main master which is huge!) My husbandand I are usedto sleeping on a king bed and though it was cozy, we ended up beating each other up a bit...(not really but a kick here and sleepy slap were experienced) There are some other things, such as the kitchen could be better equipped (lobster pot and mixing bowls come to mind) Also the entertainment system did not work and the sliding door handles kept coming off because of the screws are too small. Other than that the villa is absolutely gorgeous and we had a lovely time which we'll never forget. Villa Paradis is a dream house. Even with the slight problems formentioned, I give it 4 stars. And I don't want to finish my review without thanking Estela for arranging the play yards for the babies and being so helpful and gracious in my dealings with her. Hopefully we will be able to return soon to your beautiful house....

  We LOVED Villa de Paradis! We had been to Puerto Rico many years ago and always wanted to explore Vieques. When we were looking for a truly luxurious get away for ultimate relaxation, we came across this listing and thought why not? Although we have to admit we were a little anxious about security and being a little remote. Well, when can we come back?!? This home has the feel of the most modern, elegant, reclusive destination paradise away from everything at the end of the world...while at the same time having the surroundings of the most exclusive of neighborhoods with the most restricted access. Not to mention the W!!! We have rented before and dealing with the management team can alway be dicey. This team handled everything we asked (although we didn't need much, the house was so equipped) and they could not have been more solicitous. We can't wait to get back to Villa de Paradis.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+.

  We have rented in a few cities before and I can confidently say that the Villa is the only one worth every single dollar we spent. From the moment we arrived in Vieques we were treated like royalty. The management team is attentive and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The bedrooms are ample and extremely comfortable, with fine linens and killer views to boot. Overall, hands down a true 5 star experience.

  My family and I just returned from Vieques and couldn't wait to write this review!! We have rented in a few cities before and I can confidently say that the Villa is the only one worth every single dollar we spent. From the moment we arrived in Vieques we were treated like royalty. The management team is attentive and will go the extra mile to make you feel at home. The bedrooms are ample and extremely comfortable, with fine linens and killer views to boot. The great room, with sliding doors opening to the beautifully landscaped garden and infinity pool, is like something out of Architectural Digest. Clearly the owners have impeccable taste. The kitchen is modern and well appointed - we lacked for nothing. Safety was also a major concern for us but must say we couldn't have felt safer there. The house is located in a gated area that is adjacent to the new W Hotel so you drive by a security guard every time you go in or out. And finally, the views - spectacular doesn't even begin to describe them (especially from the master bedroom!!) Overall, hands down a true 5 star experience. If you're looking for a true paradise destination in the Caribbean, look no further. Book it immediately...you will thank your lucky stars you did!!

  The ocean views in this beachfront house are amazing. The house is very luxurious and very spacious. The pool is very nice with large deck and plenty of space both outside and inside the house. The kitchen is modern and specious with more than what we needed. I give it two thumbs up. Defenitely will come back.

  we there a party of 5 adults with camera, computers, ipods, and cell phones. the owner failed to provide us the codes to activate the security system and there was a breakin and cameras, cell phones and sun glasses were stolen at night while we were sleeping on second floor. it is a beautiful house in the W compound but the theives entered by the beach which is public. the house is really not for children as the stairs have no rails. the police came,managers came but owners had no insurance on our properties.

  Owner response: Vieques and specially the Private Residences inside the W Resort is a very secure place. This Island is known for its nice and pacific people. There is 24 hour security inside the W Resort and the Private Residences. There are security guards at the entrance of the resort and also private guards for the private residences. The house also has a security alarm that guest will be able to activate as they wish. If you want to know more about Villa de Paradis please don't hesitate to contact us.
