The community of Hammer Point is located near many points of interest, including Founders' Park with its Olympic size pool, basketball courts, pets' park, and beach, Jacob's Aquatic Center, a family style water park, shopping, movies and much more.
This home offers all of the amenities that you need to make your vacation memorable. Upstairs, we offer a master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle, and an adjacent bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with cable TV, DVR and a screened terrace is also included upstairs. The house has a full wrap around balcony upstairs. The downstairs features a bedroom with queen bed, one bathroom, a queen pull out couch in the living room. The living/dining area is ideal for entertaining and there is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and sink. You can bring your own boat or rent one and dock it at our 55' dock equipped with davits for your boat and a separate davit for a jet ski. Enjoy swimming in our wide, deep, crystal clear canal or just relax with a tropical drink in the Jacuzzi. Whatever your tastes, there is something for everyone in the Florida keys.

Our Family rented the fantastic house for 3 months during the summer. We had the greatest time that we can remember. This house is set up perfectly, beautiful upstairs, and great for relaxing or entertaining downstairs. The neighborhood is very friendly, and the views are breathtaking!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Our family loves water sports and we have enjoyed many wonderful days in our home away from home in Tavernier. My husband loves to fish and there is no other place like the keys for fishing. My daughter loves to water ski, go tubing, snorkel and now that she is old enough, she loves to take the jet ski out to the bay. I love to go exploring the waters on the boat or just relax in one of the sandbars. One of our favorite thing to do is go out to the bay and watch the beautiful sunset.
Why the Owner Chose Tavernier:
We purchased our home in hammer point because it is a very prestigious community and we loved the crystal clear canal where we could go swimming.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The benefit to staying at our home is that we can just hop on our boat and since we are only three houses away, we can be on the bay within seconds.
