Nestled between Daniel Boone National Forest and Lake Cumberland this is an ideal vacation spot for your family’s relaxing vacation. Our chalet home is in beautiful Lake Cumberland Resort and has spectacular views of the lake and mountains from our upper and screened-in lower rear decks.
Our smoke-free, pet-free chalet home has four bedrooms and three baths and can sleep 10 to 12 people. The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen-sized bed, TV, and a private bath with 2 person jetted tub, dual sinks and separate shower. The main level Den has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also a stereo and TV with DVD player in the main level gathering areas. The lower level master suite has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private standard tub/shower bath. The two other lower level bedrooms have queen-sized beds, each has a TV, and they share a Jack & Jill standard tub/shower bath. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the game room area along with a 51” Plasma TV with DVD/VCR player, an 8’ Slate Pool Table, Dart Board and a stereo unit. The lower level screened-in porch has a 6-person Hot Tub, and patio furniture. Our chalet home has cable TV and free long-distance phone service.
We have a fully-equipped kitchen including a slow cooker, blender, plenty of pots and pans, toaster, BBQ utensils, portable hand mixer, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, microwave, and an electric range with ceramic top. In the lower level there is a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, and ironing board and iron for your use. The upper deck has a large stainless steel gas grill and patio table and chairs for your use. The main level indoor gathering area has a beautiful gas Stone fireplace for your enjoyment in the winter months.
There are two marinas within 20 minutes from our home for boat rental and many types of water activities such as swimming, boating, sailing, water-skiing, and jet skiing. Other activities can be found on-site or nearby such as golfing (5 golf courses 15-30 minutes away), tennis, hiking, white water rafting, biking, horse-back riding, Summer Splash Waterpark for kids, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, and sightseeing.
Boat owners will have the use of a boat storage garage (13 by 36). The community pool is located just down the road from our chalet home. This chalet subject to sales tax and cleaning fee of $120.00 plus hot tub fee of $35.00 and processing fee of $42.00 Weeks are counted as 6 nights. Check out on the 7th day.
