  My family enjoyed a fun, relaxing and ultra comfortable 8-day stay at Bill and Julie's Victoria Park condo. Everything we could ever want was provided to us it seemed. This three-story condo is close to the beach, shopping and great restaurants, like Canyon and Il Mulino. The pool and third-floor escape were great for my 9-year-old daughter. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. This condo is well maintained and provides a great alternative to the many beachfront hotels along A1A. You'll get more for your money and escape the confines of a hotel room. Also, if you need a great haircut while in town, visit Ron's barbershop on NE 4th Ave. Simply the best deal in town! The photos and listing of the condo are accurate and reveal exactly what you can expect during your stay. Beautifully decorared and nice to come home to after a long day at the beach, sightseeing, shopping, South Beach excursion, etc. I would defineitely recommend that you have a car to get around. Walking to the beach is quite a hike. Plus, you have a huge garage to park your car in. No worries about break-ins.You can also rent a car at nearby Enterprise. Very friendly staff there! Best of all, the condo is super close to Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood Int'l Airport. 10-15 minutes max. Easy, quick access. You can maximize your vacation time. Places of interest nearby: Galleria mall Swimming Hall of Fame Miami Dolphins training facility and Pro Shop in Davie Sun LIfe Stadium (Miami Dolphins) Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise (outlet shopping) Del Ray Beach (Great sidewalk shopping town) BB&T Center in Sunrise (Florida Panthers hockey, concerts, etc.) Ron's Barbershop (see review above) South Beach A1A beachfront access Thank you for a great home away from home!

  We stayed her for a week before a cruise to Aruba and were very satisfied with everything. The layout of the unit was great as we had room for our 3 girls and their significant others as well as for our new 8 month old granddaughter. 3 floors lots of space and completely stocked with kitchen /dingingroom items. Location was great but the walk down Sunrise to the beach is not as nice as heading south from the unit then over to Las Olas to the ocean. Tis route has nice neighbourhoods and you pass by many of the canals and the magnificent homes and boats on the way. We ate 3 times at a restaurant called Seasons 52 in the Galleria Mall which is a 10 minute wald down Sunrise and it was great -excellent food but with low calories (I think they advertise all dishes are under 400 calories). We would recommend the unit and would stay there if in Fort Lauderdale again. The owners were very friendly and great to deal with.

Bill and I walk alot in our neighborhood and completely agree that the best walk to the beach (although a little longer than due east on Sunrise) is through the Victoria Park and Colee Hammock historic neighborhoods down to Las Olas and then east across the canals and Las Olas Isles to the beach. Also glad you enjoyed Season's 52. I always hestitate to tell people about the 400 calorie part because the food is so delicious that I don't want them to think "diet". Please come back anytime!   I had a spectacular stay at this spacious beautiful property. The pictures don't lie. The townhouse is complete with everything one would want for an amazing vacation. The location is excellent. It is a short drive to the beach and near to some excellent restaurants. Bill and Julie are wonderful owners. They make everything easy for their guests . I want to return with some friends for another great , relaxing vacation

  We stayed at this townhome for 2012 Thanksgiving week and words cannot begin to describe how beautiful, upscale, clean, and simply amazing this home is. We are seasoned travelers and this is without a doubt one of the most fantastic place we have stayed! The pictures, although great just can't begin to give you the real "picture" of what it is like to stay here. It is warm, homey, beautiful with everything you need and more. We plan to go back and rent this unit again. Bill and Julie the owners were incredibly helpful and went way beyond what was normal to help us have a great vacation. We would recommend this property to anyone who is interested. You will want to come back for many years to come as we plan to!

  This was our first experience with renting through VRBO and we had the privilege of staying Bill and Julie's wonderful home from the period of about 5 days. It was definitely a relaxing getaway with the perfect amount of room for the 6 of us who visited, with room for 8 if so desired. The rooms were decorated with different themes which gave the house a nice tropical ambience, and the poolside patio was very relaxing and ideal for throwing a BBQ on a sunny afternoon. The house is ideally located close (walking and driving) to Publix, great shopping at the Galeria Mall, and dining. The beach is about a mile away. The home was well stocked with clean towels, linens and bath soaps/shampoo for our use. The kitchen had all the utensils needed for us to cook our own meals, and adequate space for dining/entertaining. All in all our stay was enjoyable with Bill being very attentive to our needs and just a phone call away if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property as part of your vacation plans, you will be pleasantly surprised!

  Our family spent just under two weeks vacationing in this gorgeous home. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated and immaculate. Our group consisted of me and my husband, two teens and two young adults and because the home is so spacious we never felt like we were on top of each other. The teens enjoyed staying up late watching movies, from the home’s movie library and going for midnight swims in the private pool without disturbing the rest of us. The home was fully stocked with everything that one may need, from toiletries to beach towels and beach chairs and novels for reading. Grocery stores, restaurants and the Galleria Mall are walking distance and the beach was a short five minute drive. We enjoyed having the option of making our own meals instead of being forced to go out to restaurants all the time and we would BBQ and relax by the pool in the evenings. Our family had an amazing time and would rent it again in a heartbeat. We will definitely be recommending this location to family and friends. Thank you Bill and Julie for being amazing hosts!!!

  This townhome is almost identical to the pictures but BETTER!! Immaculate home with ample room for a relaxing vacation. There were four of us staying in the home and we all agreed that this was the best vacation rental we have ever seen. Can't say enough positive things about Julie and Bill, customer service was A++. The location was near shopping and about a 5 min drive to the beach. Everything was WONDERFUL. The home is well maintained; you know when you pull in the garage and it's immaculate that the rest of the house will be as well. First impressions are of a lovely kept home and things kept getting better. Well-stocked with soap, toilet tissue, dishwashing supplies, towels, etc.. Linens were clean, soft and in ample supply. Towels & wash cloths (hand towels & beach towels) were in great shape, not like some homes where they are ratty and old. All bathrooms were immaculate and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, a WONDERFUL bar soap made with goat milk (Where can I buy this?) and hand soap for the sinks. The neighborhood was quiet with ample dining and shopping options close by. Miami was a short 40 minute drive away and easy to get to by car. Spend a day in downtown Las Olas, head to the Outlet Mall or simply rent a movie, stay in and fire up the grill. I highly recommend renting this home and plan to return. Tiffany from Ohio

  We spent the month of January at this townhome and it is great! It is in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, with every amenity imaginable. The location is very convenient--grocery and drugstore in walking distance, major roads, restaurants, shopping nearby. Owners Bill and Julie are so nice and go out of their way to ensure your stay is a good one. We recommend this property!

  A perfect home--we say "home" because that is how we all felt the minute we entered--"at home". We were 6 adults and two small children and having 3 floors was a great set-up. The house had anything and everything one could want or need to make the stay comfortable and easy. As someone else wrote, each bedroom was beautiful and what could be better than 3 and a half bathrooms. Our two adult sons loved having their own space on the third floor--and a fantastic balcony too. Sometimes pictures look better than the real thing, but in this case what you see on the VRBO site is what you get and we loved it. Location---it is literally minutes driving to anywhere in Fort Lauderdale as well as easy access to the airport and the highway. There are tons of restaurants in walking distance as well as grocery shopping. For those of us who live out of the country, how great is it that Whole Foods was a few minutes away!!! I really could just go on and on. Since all of our kids live in different places in and out of the States, Thanksgiving is the one time that we can all be together and this Thanksgiving was one of the best. Thank you Julie and Bill for everything. Our communications with you were so nice and you were so helpful and we so appreciate your sharing your house with us. All the best Ellyn and Stuart

  My family & I recently stayed at this town home for a little over a week. Everything was perfect! Normally when you rent a house out with a group someone always gets stuck with an ugly room. not the case with this one. every room was decorated beautifully. We loved having our own private pool area where we spent most nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, and we used the outside BBQ a few times. I loved there was a garage to park our cars. The 3rd floor rooftop area was beautiful at night. Only a 5 min drive to the beach and very close to Las Olas. We took the side roads home and drove through the neighborhoods and enjoyed looking at all the nice homes. The Owners Bill & Julie were very accommodating, checking in with us during our visit to make sure everything was fine. We would without a doubt recommend this property to a friend and would definitely rent it again!
