This was a perfect condo for our family! It was very well furnished--comfortable beds and living furniture. We found it very roomy and had everything we could have possible needed. We loved overlooking the pool area and the beach is very close.(Although there are a number of stairs to climb). Summer Beach area was very quiet-- a great place to relax on the beach. The beach is tough to walk on in this area because of all of the shells, but the water and surf were great. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away as well.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The Condo was wonderful - beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. It was very convenient to the pool. Our only problem was that we experienced the tropical storm Debby that stayed over the area for 5 days! Too much rain and didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we would hope. We were a bit out of things to do, and not knowing the area watched some movies and played lots of cards! When the rain finally stopped we did enjoy the beautiful beach but did not get to use the extra ammenities that we paid for. Overall it was a good vacation due to having the beautiful condo to stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We have been coming down to Amelia for a few years and found this condo to be exceptional. Besides it's beautiful coastal decor it is well furnished from bikes to flashlights and very clean. . Great biking and walking paths nearby.It is very peaceful here. Great places nearby to dine especially GourmetGourmet. Plus the manager is great.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The community is awesome...it's close to everything you want to do/see...it's is very clean and attention was paid to all the details. It's unit is supplied with everything you need. I will definately be back again because the value (what you get for what you pay) is excellent!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is my favorite beach condo! It is very clean and well kept. With all of the extra condiments, supplies and extras it makes the condo extremely renter friendly. I would highly recommend renting this particular condo to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well-kept condo very close to the beach that has tons of added extras that most rentals do not have.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was our second visit to this condo...and it again provided exceptional accommodations. Our family from FL and GA met there and we had a wonderful extended weekend. Even when it was too cold to be on the beach, the condo provided a great setting for sharing fun times with games, food, and fellowship. The beach decor is perfect and the furnishings comfortable, even with 5 adults, 3 children, and a toddler.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our time spent at your condo left us with such fond memories. From the first moment we walked in the door ...it felt like home.The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything and everything you would need. The location is a short,' nature walk' to the beach. The turtles are all around the dunes to greet you! Our grand-daughter was fascinated with them. Shopping and restaurants, in the area,are great and convenient.We did prefer to grill at the condo and enjoy the evening relaxing on the patio. We'll be back to make some more memories. Spent the first week of December at this amazing condo with wife and young child. The vacation was perfect - size of the unit, rooms & furniture all appeared new, extras (beach gear, beach toys, games, movies, grille & grille tools). The beach was a minute away and was the perfect family beach. even in the first week of December we were able to spend half of the time in the ocean with our daughter. We had such a great time we are already planning our next trip down there with family and/or friends. The condo was perfect and worth every dollar.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great location where it is quiet and safe and close to the beach. Lots of room on the property for children to play as well as a great beach. A good place to ride bicycles. The condo is roomy with very comfortable and usable furniture. It is very well maintained with a nice kitchen and eating area. There's lots of seating in the living room and the bedrooms are spacious. There wasn't one thing I hoped was different except maybe that it belonged to me.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What an awesome spot for a beach getaway! Our family held a get-together with the condo as a central location, which worked well for everyone. The accommodations were inviting and relaxing and provided everything we needed...and more! Close enough to "civilization" for shopping, sight-seeing, etc. but secluded enough to provide the feeling of really "being away". Check out the photos and book today! We wanted a place to rest and unwind and couldn't have picked a better beach and condo to do just that. Our best beach vacation ever. It was fantastic. I split my time walking/sitting on the beach and relaxing on the 2nd floor condo balcony overlooking the quite and beautiful park-like pool courtyard. Talk about the best of two worlds.! The beach was clean and secluded and the condo was not just spotless clean it smelled fresh and felt homey. The condo owners thought of every amenity imaginable. We ended up bringing home (2) bags of unused/un-needed items that We brought with me that we never had to unpack and never imagined would be provided. I loved the bedding arragements, especially the bunkbeds. We ended up inviting last minute guests for overnight stays and everyone had a great time. My first name is not "Arnold" however "I'LL BE BACK" !Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This beautiful beachside vacation condo was all that we wanted and more! Neatly groomed outside property with all the flora and fauna Florida has to offer. Not to mention the Sea Turtles. The condo itself is maintained in every detail, decorated with style and with all the amenities you could want/ need to feel at home on vacation. It was wonderful to rest, relax, play tennis, bike ride, dine out, cook a meal, swim or just take a stroll along the Florida coast. Our friends and family created many memories and we highly recommend this wonderful place!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, 2 sons and I stayed in this unit for 1 week and we had the most incredible time and made some precious memories. The condo had all th comforts of home. It is beautifully decorated and very spacious....... You can tell the owners of this condo want their renters to have a great time and to enjoy their home. You won't regret this location. We hope to go back for 2 weesk next timeRecommended for: Families with young children
