My spacious, three bedroom condo is located at Pitkin Creek, East Vail's best located and best kept complex. We are only 100 yards/meters from the last stop in the morning and the first stop in the evening on the bus route to Main Vail and Skiing so there's no waiting, no need for parking and a very short bus ride. Pitkin has a well stocked general store on the property as well as a liquor store. In short, there is no better location in East Vail than Pitkin Creek.
My Non-Smoking condo is a large three bedroom and each bedroom has its own full bath. The kitchen is completely remodeled and large enough to prepare meals for a large family. The dining area is comfortable and large enough to seat eight. The entire condo has been remodeled/updated recently and includes many pieces of new furniture.
Although it's an excellent location, close to the pool/hot tub, bus line, and parking lot, my condo is quiet. It's located on the top floor so you'll never be wakened by the sound of those walking above you. The elevation also gives you wonderful views of the mountains, cliff bands, and Aspen trees.
