My family stayed in the Pitkin Creek condos for Vail's closing weekend. The condo was as described, very clean and comfortable. Beds were great, living room space was perfect for our group and proximity to the bus stop was ideal. The owner was very easy to contact and responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property to my family and friends. The on-site store, despite being pricey, was a life saver! They carry all of the basics plus a lot of specialty items. We'll definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in East Vail. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was convenient having bus stop, jacuzzi, grocery store, and liquor store onsite. The owner was very responsive and provided plenty of information to make our stay the very best!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was very clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There were lots of pillows and blankets. There were newer large screen TVs in each bedroom in addition to the living room. The unit was located near the bus stop. The buses ran on time every 15 minutes. There is a small grocery and nice sized liquor store in between the bus stop and the unit which was very convenient. The community hot tub was a nice size and only steps away. The unit has a well stocked kitchen. This is an older unit and there some items like electric base board heating and an outside entrance that you may not see at some of the newer condos. However, it's clear that the owners care for the unit and the comfort of your stay at a very reasonable price. We'd stay here again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The condo was comfortable and had all of the expected amenities. overall good location. nice to have a convenient store located on site. initially had a difficult time finding the cabin as it is on the third floor. quite a hike up 3 flights of stairs w/ big luggages. inside was nice w/ all amenities. overall good time. thanks!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We enjoyed 18 days in this cozy condo. Our only complaint was hauling 18 days worth of goods up 2 flights of stairs. Once we were unloaded we decided the exercise was good for us. We really enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved Vail in the summer! It was great having a pool, jacuzzi, grocery store, and liquor store that were steps away. Having the bike path that was so close to the condo and free bus transportation back and forth from Vail made it very easy to get around. We had a family of 6 that fit into the house perfectly with two girls in one room, two boys in the other, and we took the master. The only downfall with the condo is that you need to be prepared to hike up to the third floor with all of your stuff. If our kids would have done more hauling, it may have been a lot easier :) Oh, also the neighbors had a dog that liked to bark early in the morning. But all in all, the owners were very helpful, they gave us all the information we would need and were very accomadating on our last minute booking. It was well worth the stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE, EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS THERE. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND SUPER NICE. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO EVERYBODY.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this condo. The owner was very accomodating and even got us great seats to a Colorado Rockies baseball game. We found the condo very clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and the three bathrooms were great. The washer and dryer were first rate and the wireless internet was perfect. The furniture in the living room was very nice and the views from the living room are incredible.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

No detail was overlooked for this condo, The owner was very accomodating, and even mailed me a pair of shorts one of our guests left behind. This is the BEST location to be in Vail: quiet, next to grocery/liquor store, great pool, easy parking, what else do you need?! We had such a fun ski weekend! The three bedroom condo was really spacious, comfortable & clean. It had a great location in east Vail with a neighborhood grocery/liquor store in the complex and a bus stop to Vail Village. We cant wait to come back and stay next ski season! There were 6 of us coming from Texas to enjoy our first trip to Vail. This condo was PERFECT. We immediately felt right at home. Everything was extremely clean and everytime someone in our party asked me about something they needed, we found it right away within the condo (extra blankets, trash bags, even sugar and creamer for coffee was already there). There are two flights of stairs you must climb to get to the condo, and thankfully all of us are in our twenties. Because the condo is high up, the view of the mountains is gorgeous. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone who is coming to stay in Vail... especially those who plan to spend most of their time outdoors. There is no point in wasting money on a monsterously spacious place that will cost a ton of money when you can stay here, enjoy saving money and be remarkably happy with your decision. I give it two thumbs up from the 'humble' state of Texas. =) We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for! The beds were comfy. It was clean. It slept many people! and the TV's and ipod stand were a hit! The only thing to note is that it isn't close to the parking lot and it's on the top floor. So if you're carrying a lot of items, or a baby, it's not so easy to get in and out of. Other than that, it was great!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The condo was perfect for our group. We had 2 couples and 2 singles, so the rooms worked out perfectly. The new TVs and furniture were a nice touch and overall the condo was a good size, very comfortable. With the mini-mart and liquor store on site, as well as the Vail bus a few steps away, the convenience couldn't be beat! I stayed here for a weekend in December, 2010 and it was just what I expected. Clean, spacious, close to the bus-stop and had a great outdoor hot tub. The nearby grocery store was small and expensive, so I would recommend driving to Safeway (about 10 minutes away) if you need food. The actual unit was a little hard to find because it is on the back-side of the building. Otherwise, no complaints!
