A full half mile off the hustle and bustle of the road, secluded and sitting directly on the ocean front, is this stunning and completely remodeled island home.
Welcome to Kauai Beach Villas G-15, which is literally the most luxurious condo in the resort. This unit has always had the best view in the complex, but now with such an upscale interior, it proudly takes the title of "No Ka Oi". (The BEST).
There are more expensive condos at this resort, but why pay more .... you will NOT find a nicer one. The beautiful Kitchen is a chef's dream, with all the best and full sized appliances. If you decide to stay in for an evening, you'll find everything you need to prepare an island feast, AND you can dine oceanfront without ever leaving "home".
The large master suite features a king bed and it's own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, so this condo can accommodate 4, or even 6 people. There is also a 2nd full bath right next to the 2nd bedroom. We provide Time Warner Cable TV service, with TVs in the living room, as well as both bedrooms. There is also a DVD player, VCR, Stereo system, hair dryers, telephones, answering machine, and best of all, we just installed new digital phone service, so you can now make unlimited phone calls anywhere in the US or Canada FREE of charge while staying at this condo!
There are walls of glass across the front of the condo with such an amazing ocean front view, it will take your breath away. There are 3 outside lanais, and with some of the most incredible views on the planet, trust me, you will find yourself spending most of your time out there. In the winter months, your ocean side lanai is also your front row seat for watching the whales that make these Hawaiian waters their winter home. Watch them jump, splash and play right in front of your lanai! The sun rises over the ocean right out in front of your lanai so you can experience these unforgettable displays of color each morning without ever leaving your condo, and you may even be lucky enough to experience a beautiful Kauai "Moon Rise" over the ocean as well!
Convenience and location are also key attractions here, You are within minutes of a huge marketplace, restaurants, beaches, movie theater, a 24-hour Safeway grocery store, Long’s Drug’s and even a Blockbuster video. Only 5 minutes from the airport, Kauai Beach Villas is literally the midway point of the island between the north shore area of Hanalei, and the Waimea Canyon area to the south & west. This condo is exactly as pictured. Our family of 4 stayed there and then went to Maui. The Kauai condo has an ocean front sunrise (from the living room/lanai, not the bedrooms) and a great ocean breeze so we never had to use the air conditioner. It is up a short stairway to the second floor (below ground to the first floor condo). Parking is convenient. The beds were very comfortable although the rattan furniture in the living room was not the most comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and we saved a lot of money by cooking part of the time (a nice extra would be to provide some spices). The beach off the condo did not appear to be swimmable (at least we didn't see anyone swimming) but many great beaches are nearby and the adjacent hotel has beautiful kid and adult pools with privileges for the condo visitors. Great restaurants nearby include the Lemongrass Grill (our 14-year-old son had an amazing red curry and the waiter brought him a sample before he ordered it) and we had great low price meals at Puka Dog (never thought we would love hot dogs but even our daughter did - worth the long line) and Hamura Saimin, a hole-in-the-wall with terrific noodle soup served family style (my family asked me to work on the recipe). We did not have a very good meal at Kauai Pasta. Blue Hawaiian helicopters was worth every penny ($1000 for 4) and the drive to Waimea Canyon was fabulous. We had previously been to the Big Island and this time tried Maui (more upscale condo but too much like the Disney version of Hawaii). In the future most of our time will be spent on Kauai and some on the Big Island, and we would definitely stay in this condo next time we come back.

Everything is exactly as advertised!! We wanted for nothing. Every detail was considered. The condo is spotless. The property is quiet. It’s a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The location is close to everything. (Expect traffic between Kapa’a and Lihue tends to be slow during the day.) Some of our favorite places are Waimea Canyon, Secret Beach, Na Pali Coast. In the past, we stayed at the hotel next door when it was a Hilton. So glad we had the opportunity to meet the great owners on previous visits to Kauai and decided to try their condo. Our July ’10 stay was only 5 days. Summer '11 it will be 2 weeks.

We stayed in this unit in June of 2010 and had a wonderful time exploring Kauai. The complex is close to the Lihue airport (less than 10 minutes) and Chad gave us very specific directions to help us find our way when we arrived in Kauai, along with instructions on how to access the unit (we liked the key box system!) When we stopped at the Kauai Beach Villas office to pick up the parking pass, we did have to wait several minutes for the Wyndham/RCI representative to meet with us to find out if we were interested in attending one of their "information sessions." They offer a book of coupons/discounts to Kauai activities and restaurants in exchange for attending one of these 90-minute sessions, in which they attempt to sell time-shares in a new Wyndham development on the north end of Kauai. We were not interested, so we picked up our parking pass and proceeded to our unit. It was exactly as pictured, although I'm not certain that photos can ever do justice to the views from the lanai! The unit was clean and ready for us, and the kitchen was more than sufficiently stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. All the appliances were in working order, and there were plenty of sheets and towels. This is a second floor unit, with one short flight of stairs outside to access the front door. The complex is lovely, with a lagoon, black swans and beautiful landscaping, but the pool is quite small. We walked next door to the former Hilton (now the Kauai Beach Resort) which has a gorgeous pool with waterfalls, a slide and an outdoor bar, and the friendly people at the front desk told us that we did not have to pay to use the pool; they only requested that we sign in and out at the front desk of the hotel when using the pool. This larger pool is actually closer to G-15 than the smaller pool in the Beach Villas complex. There are also tennis courts available, although we never saw anyone using them. We would recommend this unit to friends or relatives, and would love to stay there again! Kauai is a beautiful island with so much to explore. Swimming in the ocean in front of the complex is not recommended, but there is a very nice beach park less than 5 minutes from the condo complex, and Wailua Falls (of Fantasy Island fame) is only 15 minutes away. However, this condo is a wonderful "home base" - a place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze cooling the living areas and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Thanks to Chad for making this available!
