  Thank you Mike for the beautiful condo we rented for 9 days.The unit has a magnificent view of the Bay and a nice breeze from the water.The property is clean and we'll maintained.we had a welcome water bottle bottle and corona beer which my husband loved. The unit is precisely what was in website.Mike is so professional in doing his business and would go beyond to meet our needs.The care taker of the condo are so good and fast to trouble shoot any problem we have.The water at the condo is safe to drink.Mike gave me a lot of info before we went and sure it was so helpful.He is very attentive to us during our stay.Beautiful and safe city,nice people.would definitely comeback to this unit and tell my friends about it.

  This was a great place to stay, the view was breathtaking. The ability to open a wall of doors onto the balcony, was one of my favorite things about this condo. My husband and I were able to watch dolphins, sailboats, and beautiful mountain views. Having a kitchen in the condo was a new experience, and I can't imagine going without one on our next trip. Very nice place, would stay here again.

  If you want a wonderful view and a beautiful evening, start by making salad. The roomy island in the kitchen allows for you and your partner to work from both sides. Throw a couple of potatoes in the microwave and some meat on the George Foreman grill, pour some wine and watch the sunset while you’re dinner is cooking! This condo is very cheery and bright and the view is spectacular. Everything you need for comfort is in this condo and more! The people who own this condo are extremely friendly and strive to make your holiday as pleasant as possible. The complex itself is great! There are many activities to do, or you can just lounge on the beach. The people are very friendly and the staff is great. The complex and the grounds are very clean and well maintained. We stayed at this condo for a month this year and are planning to return next year. We loved it! Everything is close: shopping, downtown, great eateries, and Mexican culture. You couldn't ask for a better vacation with guaranteed weather.

  The accomodation in this condo was nice and very comfortable . The furnishing of unit very functional , clean and enjoyable - contrary to some other units we rent in the building in the past years . The location is truly the Milion $ view with the amenities of nice resort .

  A great, well looked after condo overlooking the bay and my wife just loved the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the balcony. The owners have even provided a pair of binoculars to enhance the panoramic views. At night we just switched off the AC, put on the fans and kept the balcony doors open to hear the soothing sounds of waves. The thoughtful owners ensured that there was a six-pack of ice cold Corona awaiting us on arrival! Great touch and a nice way to welcome travelers after a twelve-hour journey! The 15% discount on all purchases made within Holiday Inn was very useful and we used it a lot; especially in the restaurants. The staff at Holiday Inn are very pleasant and obliging and the sumptuous buffet in the restaurant is worth trying. My wife and I are seniors and the only problem we had was listening to the somewhat loud music in the afternoons and evenings coming from the pool area and the adjacent properties. The younger generation may welcome this. By the way, in addition to the restaurants recommended by the owners, do try out Victor's Place located in Marina Vallarta. Victor himself will welcome you with a hug and a shot( or two!) of Tequila on the house. The food is local and reasonably priced. Victor does not accept credit cards though! Walk through the marina front and enjoy the art galleries on way to Victor's Place which is located at the far end of the Marina and a short cab ride from the condo. Barcelona Tapas in the downtown romantic zone is another place to try both for the variety of food and gorgeous scenery. Somewhat pricey and requires reservations.

  If you are looking for a get-a-way that is beautiful, affordable, and fun this is the place to go!! The condo has fantastic views of the ocean and pool. It has sliding glass doors that slide all the way into the wall to open it completely to the balcony. We enjoyed dinner and cocktails on the balcony almost every night and also had a beautiful view of the city lights. The condo itself was a perfect size for myself and two friends we had plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect! We went to the grocery store our first day and were able to enjoy fresh local food. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive, and the locals are very welcoming. Enrique the waiter is awesome! Be sure to make him your amigo :) We also got a chance to enjoy PV outside of the hotel. There is so much to see and would highly recommend checking out the Melacon. Overall this trip exceeded my expectations! I would absolutely rent this condo again and again and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know.

  We spent 5 days in PV. Had two parents and two kids, including a 10 year old. The condo was perfect and everything is ready for use with the fridge and kitchen. Beautiful view! The beach is right downstairs and they have vendors selling delicious tacos and fruits. We didn't get sick at all, so no worries! Very close to all the local places like downtown and the local tour offices and the taxi stops right at the hotel. Hope we can go again!

  I highly recommend this rental. Owner is great to work with and the local management is very helpful. Taxis are plentiful and cheap to anywhere in Puerto Vallarta. Pool is relaxing and easy access to the beach. Comfortable for two couples with two double beds. Ceiling fans and AC keep it comfortable. Kitchen is great for simple meals, while complete groceries are within a 15 minute walk or quick taxi ride. We hope to go back.

  Very good vacation in Vallarta. Excellent situation from the condo: near centro, restaurant, shopping. We had used every utilities of the condo and the hotel.

  This condo is very nice. I spent one week last summer with my husband and childrens and we had a wonderful vacations. The condo is very clean and the kitchen have all you can need and the view is awesome. Mr. Mike is very kind person. I hope we can rent this condo again.
