This house is amazing! There were 14 of us, 85 year old parents, 5 siblings with their spouses and our 2 teenage boys. Everyone had their own bedroom (each with its own flatscreen TV) so there was plenty of room to get away from the crowd..hah. The kitchen is fantastic, stocked with top of the line everything. The 2 living areas were great. Plenty of room for everyone. I loved the balconys/decks too. Awesome views! The location is absolutely perfect! We walked to the boardwalk 2 mornings for coffee and danish. It was an easy walk and safe too. The house has everything you could want or need and then some. My husband especially loved the beach bikes. The elevator was a definite hit for my inlaws and brother inlaw. All of us had such a great time and we've decided to go back again next Fall. A great place! Close to the beach and lots of room! Very well furnished, including beach toys, chairs, etc. We had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren. This rental was all that was advertised and more. The location and amenities were excellent and allowed our large group of 8 adults and 6 young children many opportunities to enjoy themselves. The house was spacious and airy which produced a very relaxed atmosphere. The owner was very helpful and assisted us in rapidly settling into our vacation. We would recommend this rental to anyone interested in a highly comfortable and gracious getaway at the beach.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house way exceeded the photos that were posted on line. It was decorated beautifully and had every amenity you could ever need plus some. The owner was reachable and answered any questions that arose. This house made our stay at the beach the most enjoyable week, not only for the adults but also the children. It is very close to the Bethany boardwalk and to the beach. I would highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful beach house. This house is truly magnificent. I have rented many, many beach houses over the years, but this was was the most well equipped. Not only is it beautiful, it comes with everything you need. We brought bikes...didn't need them. We brought toys for the kids...didn't need them. We brought an air mattress for our 4 year old to sleep in the same room with us....didn't need it. They have bikes, boogie boards, sand toys, games, movies, air hockey.....on and on. We had 5 children ranging from age 4 to 15 and they were all totally engaged all the time. The bedrooms are spacious and well equipped also. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including spices and condiments. The deck and screened in porch are beautiful. And it is really only a few short steps to the beach. We cooked most of our meals there, but on the last day went to the Blue Crab which is only 2 miles away. The 15 year old children rode bikes to the boardwalk (only a mile away). The crabs and the service were excellent. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with or without children. You will not be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the elevator. This comes in handy with 4 floors of spacious living.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this beautiful beach house in the Fall. There were three families (six adults, 9 kids), and it was perfect for us. The description is very accurate-- the house has everything you need, and the lcoation is perfect. It's a quiet street, within a stone's throw of the beach. A short drive to town. The house is well decorated and equipped with everything you need to feed and entertain a large group. The kids loved the 4th floor family room. The owner was great to work with-- extremely responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely return in 2012.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Our family loved this house, there were three sisters with children and their children, teens that came and went. The adults had plenty of space to move about.Kids had a great time in the game room on the upper level. It is a beautiful home, the location was great. The description of the house is accurate and the photos were very helpful in choosing this vacation home. The kitchen was well stocked and the overall property was clean and very well maintained. The house was beautiful and well-maintained. The owner was available to answer questions and was helpful during the process of booking the property. The kitchen was especially equipped for a large group and had up to date appliances, large an small. The house was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and golf opportunities. Listing photos accuately reflect the beauty of the property. My family has gotten quite large in the last several years, due to marriages and new babies, etc. This lovely beach house worked out wonderfully for our growing family, with plenty of room for everyone. The private beach was awesome and the house is situated in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved all that the Bethany Beach boardwalk had to offer, but also enjoyed being able to visit Rehoboth and Ocean City, MD. I would definitely recommend this home.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful home, fantastic location! This home has everything anyone would ever need at the beach, and more! The home was immaculate and so spacious, it is perfect for large family get togethers or any other type of gathering. We loved the bikes and all of the beach chairs, in all a perfect vacation! This beach house has everything you need for a large family or group! Grill, boardgames, plenty of showers and televisions. Amazing views from all decks. Even an elevator and rocking chairs on front porch. Wow!
