Imagine spectacular sunrises, soothing moonrises and the sound of waves breaking on the sandy beach, this is the lifestyle you will enjoy at our oceanfront duplex home. Located on a private lane you have your own private walkway onto the beautiful beach.
From the comfort of the outside deck you overlook a protective dune with a panoramic view of the ocean. Whether you are inside or outside the views never end. The patio doors and windows go across the front and wrap around the side allowing you to enjoy unobstructed ocean views. This home has been tastefully furnished in a “tropical” style that adds to the warm island feeling.
The living room features a flat screen TV, large sectional sofa with queen size mattress to accommodate those extra guests as well as a swivel/rocker/recliner lounge chair and a game table for cards, puzzles or monopoly. Enjoy these amenities while viewing the ocean through a wall of glass. Your view continues when you sit at the glass dining table in the adjoining dining/kitchen area.
For your sleeping comfort, there are two bedrooms with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds.
There is a lifeguard stand on the beach in front of our home for your swimming safety. After your day at the beach, there is an outside shower for your enjoyment.
Ocean Blvd. provides a great road for walking, jogging and biking. A short walk takes you to the tennis courts at the LBT Municipal building while across the street is Bayview Park with a bay beach suitable for young kids, playground and basketball court.
Special Needs Beach Access
Long Beach Township’s Beachwheels Program provides beach access for everyone to enjoy their vacation. The Beachwheels (or Surf Chairs®) are made from lightweight PVC tubing and oversized wheels so that they can handle difficult terrain of the beach and enables people with disabilities or who are hurt access thru the sand on to the beach.
All of our renters are eligible to reserve and use a Surf Chair® at no charge and the Beach Patrol will deliver it our residence. To reserve a Surf Chair®, call the Long Beach Township Beach Patrol at (609) 361-1200.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHAT YOU MUST BRING:
Bed sheets and towels are your responsibility. We supply pillows and summer blankets. There are two (2) Queen Size beds and two (2) Twin Beds. The convertible sofa in the living room takes Double Bed size sheets.
We feel a special responsibility to anyone staying in our home. Our intention is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We welcome you to our shore retreat.
Summer of 2005! Gil and I were lucky enough to stumble on this lovely oceanfront in Beach Haven Crest while visiting for St Patrick's weekend. While Gil was relaxing and learning his GPS, I decided to look at some rentals for the summer. After seeing 5 or 10 in our price range and not being completely satisfied , I found this listing quite by chance and the Realtor called and Isabel was gracious enough to show it after hours. End of story. We booked June and September that year. June was nice as was the week in September weather wise. Palmtreelane was a relaxing, quiet get away. Warm ocean breezes and being lulled to sleep by the ocean was wonderful. Good times will always be remembered there. Every year that I have been back there is always something done to make the stay more comfortable, whether it be new flooring or a new bathroom. Bob and Isabel treat you like family !

My family has been vacationing on Long Beach Island over 43 years spending one or two weeks every summer. Do not remember how we found this Home away from Home but we did and I would not consider going any place else. Everything is clean, working condition and when I say Home I mean it. The owners make you feel like family and are very eager to please. Two of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. I do not want to use words like prestine or expensive discribing the home because your made to feel confortable as soon as you drive in.\, yet it is beautiful. The view in the morning as you walk out of the bedroom is breathtaking. I would recommend this pice of paradise to everyone.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

We had an excellent stay at Palm Tree Lane. Location and views from home are absolutely perfect. Home layout is excellent for viewing ocean. Property was very clean and well maintained. Isabel and Bob are fantastic people and available to answer any questions you may have. Beach chairs and boogie boards come with rental which saves on packing. I would absolutely recommend this property to others. Wish I would have found this 4 years ago when I moved back to the area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

upon our arrival we found the units clean and ready for occupancy, recall you nd isabell were there doing some last minute chores, putting together the new grill and installing a window blind. your quick response to the icemaker probem was also a blessing, especially with the hot weather.we all enjoyed our stay very much, it was everything we hoped it would be. and more. we look forward to a return next season. w will keep in touch. thanks again. mil and mike c.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Fourth time in LBI and this one was the best. The rental place had everything you would need to be comfortable and feel like home, spacious, clean and comfortable, perfect location, perfect beach, quiet and beautiful. Bob and his wife are friendly, caring and want to make sure our stay is the best. I recommend this place to anyone. My wife and I are rather particular and often difficult to please when it comes to accommodations (and other things too, I suppose). From the moment we walked in this place, we loved it. It's clean and very well maintained. It's not glamorous but we really don't want that at the beach. With two babies, it was important to be close to the beach and this place is even closer than it looks in the pictures. Evenings on the deck listening to the surf and smelling the sea air were heavenly. The owners provide all the amenities you need at the beach - beach umbrellas, boogie boards, kids' beach toys, great beach chairs, a good grill and grill tools etc. This place was great. We would definitely go back again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young children. The place was very clean and comfortable and the owners were wonderful. We loved the location of the house. I loved sitting on the deck in the morning ! The view was incredible! This is truely a jem on the beaches of LBI. We arrived to the beach house and instantly fell in love. We stayed on the upper level which had an amazing view. The place was spotless and we instantly felt at home. The house was welcoming and comfortable. We had our own private path to the beach which made easy access for our family. It was easy to go back to the house with our son when he needed a break. The location and house were perfect and we did not want to go home. We recommend this home to anyone looking for a family friendly, quiet retreat in paradise.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Barnegat Lighthouse State Park View on map
A panoramic view of Long Beach Island, Barnegat Bay, and Island Beach awaits visitors at the top of Barnegat Lighthouse. The lighthouse is open daily from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. The Maritime Forest Trail in a 1/5-mile long, self-guided loop through one of the last remnants of maritime forest in New Jersey. NJ Maritime Museum View on map
The museum offers several floors and rooms filled with a splendid collection of everything nautical you could possibly imagine, associated with the Jersey Shore. Local divers and fishermen have generously contributed their fair share of finds to the museum also. One room is solely dedicated to the shipwreck of the Morro Castle, which sunk off the coast of Asbury Park in 1934, and killed approximately 134 passengers. About the owner: Growing up on Long Island Sound, Isabel and I grew to love the water. We enjoyed countless hours with our families boating, swimming, fishing and going to the beach. In my teenage years, I followed my family tradition and became an ocean lifeguard at Jones Beach State Park remaining for 13 years. My passion for the beach and the surf has never waned. After many years of vacationing on LBI, we were able to relocate here. I bodysurf, swim or bike daily while Isabel enjoys reading the latest historical novel on the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Beach Haven Crest:
We discovered Long Beach Island in the early 70's when searching the New Jersey shore for a perfect family vacation destination. After returning to the same beach for many years, we were able to relocate to this beautiful place. In 2000, we purchased Palm Tree Lane as our permanent residence. We arise to incredibly beautiful sunrises, end the day stargazing at the moonlit night sky and are lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves on the beach.
