Large, well maintained all concrete waterfront home in Islamorada. Located on a quiet street on the oceanside at MM 76.5, this home offers easy boating access to both the bay and ocean and as it is just the fourth house from the ocean the water views abound. Tarpon, bonefish and permit roam the flats just beyond the dock!

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a huge kitchen with stainless appliances and a dishwasher plus a separate dining room with a teak dining table that can easily accomodate eight to ten people. The great room is warm and bright, perfect for entertaining and relaxing and offers wonderful views. Four sliding glass doors open onto the balcony, which wraps-around two sides of the house and offers ample space for lounging and excellent views of the water.

The downstairs is a private and very beautiful apartment featuring a bedroom with two double beds, a kitchen/bar and desk area, a cozy living room with another sofa bed and a bathroom. The rooms open via sliding glass doors onto your own private patio.

A large, lockable garage is available for all your gear and includes a new washer/dryer and a bait freezer. All entry doors have keyless locks for security and convenience, you will not want for space or worry about your stuff. Parking is available on the property for a boat trailer AND four vehicles.

With over 90 feet of step down seawall you will have excellent and safe access to your boat. My house has 60 feet directly on the canal plus a 30 foot by 15 foot cut in boat slip. A fish cleaning station, water, and electric are available at the dock.
