Wake up every morning to amazing sunrises and enjoy your cup of coffee on one of 4 decks while watching the dolphins swim by. Later walk out the front door just a few steps to the daily manicured beautiful beach. When it's lunch time just leave your beach chairs and walk right back to the house. No need to lug coolers. After your day on the beach relax on the cushioned lounge chairs up on the sky deck while the kids enjoy a movie or play a game. Enjoy happy hour while watching the surfers as your dinner cooks on the grill.
After dinner take the kids out to one of the many ice cream parlors or to Fantasy Island Amusement Park (Beach Haven). Be sure to stop by Country Kettle for some of the best fudge ever and don't forget the great shopping. No Kids or just want to get out for some adult fun? There are numerous great restaurants and bars and don't forget Nardi's and their Pink Beach Bus. My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home in Brant Beach. We love to cook, love the beach and this home offered everything we could ask for and them some. It is spacious and quiet so our families could maintain some level of privacy especially in the evenings (sleeping babies), our meals were prepared with all the kitchen tools necessary with room for all of us to sit and enjoy each others company, and best of all the beach is right at the back door. Waking up to a sunrise and hearing the ocean as you fall asleep as every bedroom has a view and balconies was amazing. Cannot say enough great things about our stay. Even with a minor problem, the issue was addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Just all around loved it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I rented this "Beach" house for Memorial Day weekend with two other couples. I have never met the owner yet he sounded like a nice person. Boy was I wrong. The house itself was nice yet we paid him the money months prior to our arrival only to find out that there was a beach replenishment project going on right on our stretch of beach! This included tractors, cranes, loud beeping all day and night and construction workers on the beach. The owner did NOT mention this to me but decided to take my money anyway. Note: the home owners of Brant Beach were made aware of this in Feb. 2012. You can imagine coming from all the 'noise' in Manhattan I was eager to relax in a beach house with a beach/ocean view. Yet I was forced to look at cranes and workers all day. We then had to walk down 5 blocks to get onto the beach when we could have walked outside our door! I called the owner to let him know of this news and while he offered us some money back, we did not see a dime! Of course when it came time to pay he made up a false excuse as to why he couldn't pay us the money back!! NEVER again will I let someone take advantage of me and play me for a fool. This person is NOT a good owner, does NOT keep his promise and will take your money without the care of your pleasant stay. I highly recommend renting a different house. In addition there are NO great balconies here, like most of the homes on LBI, no outdoor shower which is so key in a beach home AND you must use the BBQ in the garage!! How inconvenient and boring to look at the street while you grill? Terrible. I have a list of GREAT renters in the area and will be more than happy to help you find a much better, more accommodating house for your summer rental!Owner response: I have been an owner and in the rental business for the past 22 years and have never had a tenant respond with a review like this. Beach replenishment was organized and performed by the Army Corp of Engineers to replenish the beach between 31st Street and 57th Street in Brant Beach, with no daily schedule of where they would be working on any given day. When replenishment occurred in front of my home, access to the beach was at 43rd Street, one block away. I did speak with the tenants prior to their arrival and offered them the option to back out with a full refund! They chose to come. After they arrived, we had several discussions and agreed that they would receive a partial refund for the inconvenience of the beach replenishment. That refund was not honored when the tenant chose to violate their lease (pet policy). In addition, the tenant did receive a full refund of their security deposit. There is an outdoor shower in the garage area which gives large parties the ability to clean up quickly with 4 full showers. We have always been committed to offering a safe, clean, and happy rental experience to our Tenants and will continue to do so in the future.

What a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation. Not only was the house perfect- nicely furnished, views from every room, stocked well to come in and cook a Thanksgiving dinner, quiet, peaceful and very comfortable. It was like being on a cruise ship- sitting in the family room and all you saw was ocean- sunrises from every room and the ability to see sunsets! Thank you!!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We rented this house for a winter weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The house is very bright, clean and comfortable. The views are absolutely amazing... you don't even have to leave your bed to watch the sunrise!
