Enjoy the beautiful ocean views in a luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home overlooking TopSail Hill State Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico, approx. 500 yards off of the Gulf . This spacious home features 4 open air porches with spectacular views of the Emerald Coast waters. The Gulf views can be enjoyed from the Second and Third floor porches and living areas. There are bedrooms on all floors (4 queens, 1 king) . Each bedroom features it's own private bathroom. There is a separate laundry room, a fully-equipped kitchen, DVD players, beach/pool toys, board games, and a two car a garage, Gas Grill, NO Smoking
SeaWInd is nestled between Top Sail Hill Sate Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico. Due to the State Preserve the beach access is outside the development. The beach access is within biking distance and is a short drive 3-5 minutes from the development.

I can't say enough about how much of a good time we had at SeaWind. There were 10 adults in our party and everyone had more than enough room. The description was very accurate and Lyn was more than accommodating. We had a slight issue with the wrong key being placed in the lockbox when we arrived, however the situation was resolved within 30 minutes. The property was very clean and the neighborhood was one of the best that I've seen. The neighborhood association is very strict about such things like wearing your wristbands while using the amenities and hanging towels on the deck, but when you think about it...thats the way that they keep things up so nicely. Destin is a very short trip away (7 miles maybe) and we were very close to Sea Side (a nice quaint area for shopping, drinks, & food trucks!). The beach was a 2 minute drive and our view of the gulf from the balcony was unbelievable. The infinity pool was awesome and only 3 houses away. The tennis courts were in great shape and never crowded. My deposit check was returned within 1 week of our stay...just as promised. A beautiful house with an amazing view! Loved the walkway to the Cypress Pond. Hope to go back and would recommend the house to other. Close to 98 for shopping, Seaside, Watercolor and much more.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We've just returned from our week at the beach to celebrate my daughter's wedding. I rented SeaWind to host family coming from various distances and found SeaWind to be the perfect setting for a large family gathering. The house is georgous, spacious, and in a very relaxed setting. It was wonderful to sit out on the deck each morning with family and enjoy our coffee and the beautiful view of the ocean. The master suite is incredible with "the biggest shower in the world," as declared by my 3 year old grand-daughter. The amenities complex is a short walk away and the beach is no more than a 5 minute drive away. The owner, Lyn, was wonderful to work with, making sure we had everything necessary to enjoy our time at the beach. I highly recommend this rental and the Cypress Dunes community. This is the 4th time I have stayed at SeaWind. It is a beautiful place with stunnning views. The amenities are wonderful. Anything you need is well within a short traveling distance. The Cypress Dunes neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous-- we had a great time staying there with our family! We have visited cd for the past four years the "Seawind" is the best!!! of all the home we have stayed in. The beds, had very nice, comfy mattresses and bed linens. Nothing was "skimpy" about this house's decor or amenities. The pool area was pure luxury as well! The nearest public beach access (3 minutes by car). We plan to return!Recommended for: Pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
