Swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts are only a short elevator ride away. Sunrise is also beautiful with our view of the inter-coastal waterway. These are shells we collected in one week during the summer. Shelling is great! Sunsets from our patio are just FABULOUS! Everynight is a wonderful treat. This Is Beach Living with Million Dollar Views and Sunsets

Our condo is located on the prestigious Sand Key beach and outfitted like we would want - First Class! No left overs or hand me downs that you get in a lot of rentals on the beach. We have made our condo the way we want so we can also enjoy it when we come visit. Furniture, beach towels, bedding and kitchen are all as good as what we have at home in Virginia.

Sand Key is the best beach in the Clearwater area. This is NOT a crowded tourist beach. Sand Key is the most beautiful, wide, uncluttered and undiscovered beach on the gulf coast. Some nights there are multiple weddings just up the beach from our condo and you can watch them all from our balcony.

Sunsets are unmatched on Sand Key. You will have the very best view on the beach from our balcony. Or you can hop on the trolley and celebrate the sunset at the nightly sunset festival at the popular Pier 60 in Clearwater Beach. You won’t even need a car. Pier 60 is only a few minutes away on the trolley that picks up right in front of our building.

Our beach also is a great place to cast your line and compete with the pelicans for tonight’s dinner.

The view from this beautiful and comfortable condo is unmatched. It is definitely a $10,000,000 view. There are no other 2-bedroom condos on Sand Key with the fantastic view you get in this condo. Just ask us to send you some of the many, many, many, many sunset photos we have taken. Every one on the beach will tell you that you rate your condo based on the view. Our view is a 10+. You just can’t get any better -- and it is only steps from the sand and surf.

To top it all off, we also have a view of the intra-coastal waterway from the other side of our condo. You can sit with your coffee in the morning, watch the sunrise or the sailboats float by or watch the dolphins, then in the evening watch the sunset into the beautiful gulf waters. In between you can walk on the beach, collect some of the millions of shells on our beach, soak in the hot tub and go for a dip in the pool.

All of the great tourist attractions of Clearwater Beach are available from our condo with a 5 minute drive or a trolley ride at the trolley stop that is right in front of our building. After you have enjoyed all the fun, you can escape back to Sand Key where the beach is wide, clean and definitely, not crowded.

There is even a small convenience store as well as restaurants just steps away from our front door.

We have tried to outfit our condo with all the comforts of home. From the wine glasses to the top quality king size bed, we have made it feel like our own home. There are lots of large, fluffy beach towels and extra bedding for all the beds. We even have a converter kit so you can turn the two twin size beds into a second king size bed. We love to come to our condo on Sand Key and we know you will also.

You won't experience loud parties in our building. It is a very family friendly building that attracts people who want a relaxed time on a great beach. All the loud parties and 'spring breakers' will be at Clearwater beach. You can go to the great beach on Clearwater Beach and experience the fun sunset festival and then escape to Sand Key for a wonderful night's sleep.

We know you will love our condo. We have enjoyed it for the past 10 years and plan on coming to Sand Key for many, many more years to come. The beach is a great place to unwind, connect with family and enjoy the pleasures of living ON THE BEACH. It just doesn't get much better than this.

                    Brenda & Doug. Where so helpful from day one. What you see is what you get. The bed in the master bedroom is heaven. This is the cleannest we have ever rented. When we walked in we felt we found a place we could return to every year. We spent 6 months here. Thank you both for sharing yourcondo with us. Pete & Dottie

                  About the owner: We love our condo at Sand Key. We try to come down 4 or 5 times a year. My husband says that when he walks through the door and looks at the view, he feels his tension fade away immediately. By the time he reaches the patio and looks out at the beach, all the stress is gone. This picture was taken right in front of our condo on the beach. Not all our kids were there, but it was a fun time anyway! Special note from Brenda -- I publish a magazine in the Washington, DC area for moms and dads called FAMILY. So family and family time together is very important to me. This is one of the reasons we purchased the condo. We wanted to create strong family memories with our children and future grandchildren. It is a great place for those memories to be created. And, I love the ocean! So it is a real win-win for me.

                  Why the Owner Chose Sand Key:
                  We 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I love to bring my mom to the condo with the grandchildren. She has a fantastic time and they have created great memories with Great grandmother! Every morning we run or walk on the beach and then go sit in the hot tub. It is a wonderful way to start the day. There are great restaurants close by (walking distance) so we stay close to the condo and rarely go anywhere else. But there is PLENTY to do in the area if you want to venture away from the beach.

                  Of course, we believe the best feature of our condo is the $10,000,000 view. But after the fantastic view, our condo offers a feeling of belonging to you. We have furnished it with things we want to have around when we come to the beach.
