Our condo in the World of Tennis condominium complex is 26 miles from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA). Drive straight west from ABIA on Hwy 71 to right on RR620, left onto Lakeway Blvd. Go through the stop light at Lohmans Crossing Blvd. Look for "The Hills" sign in the median. Take next left onto Highlands Blvd and then into driveway on right; park at far end of first building.
There are five Golf Courses within five miles of One-Eleven. The Hills of Lakeway, Live Oak, Yaupon, and Flintrock Falls are ClubCorp private clubs while Falconhead is available to anyone. A Gold Signature Member of ClubCorp can use the private courses. Tournaments are often watched here.
What makes Falconhead particularly special is that it was laid out by the PGA Tour Design architects so you can be sure that every inch of the layout measures up to the exacting standards of the PGA.
Lions Municipal Golf Course has served it's citizens since 1934 and has long been one of the city's most popular course. Constructed originally by the Lions Club in 1928, Lions has hosted notable golfers, including Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson and of course Tom Kite and Ben Crenshaw. The course would be considered short by today's standards, 6001 yards, it's relatively narrow tree lined fairways and small greens provides a challenge to even the longest hitters. Tee times for weekdays are taken 7 days in advance; Saturday and Sunday times are taken on Tuesday, in person when we open or via telephone at 512.477.6963 beginning at 7am.

.1 miles The WOT complex, the Lakeway Swim Center for both children and swimming laps and a $250,000 skate park.
1.2 miles A unique Deli is just down the walking trail.
1.2 – 2.6 miles Many banks, a supermarket, Tuesday Morning, drug stores, Wine shop,Murphy's Pizza, etc.
2-3 miles Boat rentals are available. A popular restaurant can be accessed just across from Lakeway on the water.
5.4 miles The Galleria Mall is in Bee Cave; Mandalas across 620..
22 miles Austin Museums, Capital Building, Walking tours, Art Museum and the 6th street entertainment.
A list of restaurants at the condo includes Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, American Grills, and Seafood. Some of these have views of the lake and/or live entertainment.
What is in the Condo?
The condo is fully furnished. Two king-size beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 roll-up soft crash pads are fitted with high quality and clean sheets. Ample towels and dish clothes are available. The kitchen has dishes, utensils, a coffee maker, air corn popper, pans, drink glasses, All the appliances are new except for the refrigerator which is not old.

- If you like running, the Lakeway hills are a good challenge. Walking the trails which begin across the street are a pleasent way to spend the morning. These are mostly granite gravel and wind through some beautiful places with streams and trees.

Why the Owner Chose Lakeway
We love Austin and the Lake Travis area. Lakeway is an upscale and beautiful small town where the eyes can feast on beautiful limestone homes. We like the people and the area. We want to use it occasionally until we move back there someday.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Well furnished and comfortable with 47 inch TV, cable, Wi-Fi. Tennis in back yard, very nice swimming pool for children or adult laps short distance just down hill. Live entertainment just about everywhere you go in the evenings. Tom loves running on the challenging trails from right outside the front door.

Retired and living in Houston near our grandchild but our hearts remain in Austin, truly a unique city. We run an occasional 1/2 marathon and play tennis and generally enjoy exercise. Tom does websites and I am teaching math at San Jacinto College and learning graphics.

We used this condo as a temporary home for 3 months. We lacked for nothing. The furnishings are of high quality and very attractive. The beds were most comfortable, with nice --and abundant--linens provided. The kitchen is stocked with high quality equipment. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the shady patio. The owners were very responsive to any request. I would recommend this property located in a community with many attractions, such as great restaurants, shopping, and lake activities.

If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, and well appointed place to stay, this is it. The owners are very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We got in some much needed relaxation and the location was perfect. An easy drive into the heart of Austin for a little nightlife or to the lake for some fun in the sun. We will definately be back!

We were their very first guests! It was a wonderful experience! The condo is in a great location, and has easy access to many things around Lake Travis. The drive into Austin is quick and easy, as is the drive to places like Fredericksburg, Wimberley and New Braunfels. The Oasis is also very close. We felt very much at home in this 3 bedroom, very clean, very nice updated condo. We look forward to many return trips, and would rent from this owner again in a heartbeat. They were so pleasant to deal with, and wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed!
