Year Purchased: 2005
About the owner: Jin is your host during your stay at St Croix Home. He is an experienced snorkel and scuba diver, expert lobster hunter, spear-fisher, and a great cook. Jin has been on the island for several years and is from Chicago. Do not be intimidated by his mustache as he is a very kind, honest, and friendly host. Standing beside him in this picture is his wife who is an RN.
Why the Owner Chose East End:
St Croix home is located in the Grapetree Bay neighborhood off in the east-end of the island. It is a peaceful neighborhood away from all the congestion in the middle of the island. Plus, the amazing north & south ocean views, the gentle east-end breeze, and being on elevated ground truly makes it paradise.
