In addition to all of this, Calypso is located adjacent to Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s newest retail development. This new retail center is currently under development but will have many retail shops and restaurants within walking distance of Calypso. Already open are Target, and a movie theater, Panera Bread and others. Other shops and restaurants include Dillards, JC Penny, Margaritaville and countless others. Calypso is ideally located just steps away from this great new development.
This one bedroom unit located on the 17th floor in the East Tower boasts an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico from an expansive balcony. Both the Living Room and the Bedroom offer sliding glass doors opening onto the extra large balcony.
Flat screen TVs are provided in both the living room and bedroom; each have DVD players too. The kitchen is equipped with granite counters and modern appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessities for a fun beach vacation. A washer and dryer are also included in a separate laundry room. The master bath has a walk-in shower, a garden tub, a walk-in closet as well as a separate toilet room. There is also a half bath located just off of the kitchen near the laundry room. Living room and bedroom are carpeted while the baths, hallway and kitchen are ceramic tile.
The décor is fresh, bright and sets the mood for an exciting beach vacation. The sofa pulls out to make a queen size bed and the bar accommodates 4 adults comfortably.
